For my first purchase on the site I had ordered a metal model, but I received a poorly made plastic one, with torn packaging and a scratched transparent presentation case that was impossible to put in a window. I haven't heard from them since, despite an e-mail exchange. I don't recommend

I ordered the 711 and it was supposed to be delivered on the 23rd ...nothing on the 24th ...message informing me that I had refused the parcel ?? on the 30th the parcel was available again ...but nothing at the relay point. today the parcel is apparently available again ...third trip to the relay point (time taken out of my working hours) still nothing ... more to come next week .

I have already ordered several times from your company. So far I have always been satisfied with the prompt delivery. Unfortunately there were enormous delays with the last order because of the advance payment. Despite payment by credit card, the payment was not recognized! After some back and forth my payment was recognized and my order was delivered (YAK 3 in 1:32)

I have not received my order. I was informed that it was shipped on November 19. Nine days later I complained and was told that I would receive it shortly. On November 30 I inquired at Correos and was told that the package had not been delivered by the sender. I complained again to 1001 and this time they told me that they will collect information which is what they should have answered in my first complaint.
