Totally disapointed. 24 .o4 order for some decals. Delivery expected 05.05. After me sending a polite message on May the 5th asking about my delivery time update the answer was quite rude saying I will have a refund. No atempts to solve my order. No excuses. I can see the product on the web page still aviable and aparentlly I can do another order. Never again! I hope they will refund. Dont use this company! The public relation stinks.

The orders on this site are a real joke. At the time of my order (two cans of paint, so not a large parcel), the delivery date was marked 0505, i.e. two days after ordering, but I've still got nothing. The colks were only picked up on 0705, so it's taking customers for fools with misleading delivery dates. Then I'm from 93 and their store is in Paris, so I estimate that 1 week's wait for 2 cans of paint when we're 25 kilometers apart is a really long time. I'd also like to point out that I ordered 15 cans of paint from RUEDESMAQUETTE in Nantes. The order was placed on 28 April and delivered on 29 April, 500 km from my home. Conclusion: if you can't deliver on time, stop selling online because it's too expensive.

The delivery service is pitiful. I placed an order on April 27 on the page said that if I did it before 12 noon that day the order would reach me in the afternoon we are on May 8 and the order still does not appear. I understand the situation we are in but if they can not fulfill what it says on their website they should not put it. The order is for an urgent job that I had to do and they have already denied me for the delay. I will never order from this site again. In addition, the tracking of the shipment is null. After 10 days I emailed them to find out the status of my order. They emailed back saying it was shipped. Since I live in the USA my order did arrive on May 2. Maybe because of the COVID and over seas shipping it took a bit to arrive but my order got here and am very happy.

Damaged box without return form inside. On their website they say they will "" refund within 30 days if not satisfied"". It's totally false, they actually offer to give us a credit note. Site to flee! Never again

The parcel arrived safely containing my entire order. Products conform. Delivery times are correct for the containment period (1 week in this case).

My order was placed on March 25 and arrived today, May 4. Among other things, I had ordered an avro lancaster model and the pack with the 8 paints. None of the paints match the model. I'm still giving it three stars, as the site is generally very well rated and I'm aware of the difficulties associated with containment, but from a personal point of view I'm very disappointed.

I placed my order on April 13. IT HAS NOT ARRIVED YET. I wanted it to surprise my sister for her birthday on April 25. Last week I wrote to them asking and within days they replied that they were sorry but the product I had ordered more than two weeks before is out of stock. I have not received it yet. It was scheduled for delivery on April 27-28. I understand that given the circumstances the delivery is delayed but I have sent an email asking about the status of the order and I have not received any response with any information.
