No replies to my own messages asking where is the order. Now going to bank to get refund. Total waste of your time and money by a rubbish outfit -which clearly is their usual way of doing business by all accounts

My opinion is very favorable because to date all my orders have been favorably satisfied.

Waiting order placed March 25when I paid the express shipping (19 €).which on the website says it arrives in 2 or 5 days. I sent them an email and they replied that they are missing the paintings.On April 15 I send them another email requesting a refund and they replied that it has already been sent that you can check the order on a shipping website. There I was told that the order does not exist. Today, April 21, I am still waiting

The service is very good.

The model is not of great quality but it is according to its economic price so it is fine. The only thing that makes the product more expensive is the shipping cost... I like the company, they deliver on time and without any problem with the payment.

I ordered a model from them and it arrived in January. When I have been assembling it for two days I realize that several panels of parts are missing. I contact them and they tell me that they will reimburse me for the purchase or send me the missing parts. I have been waiting for 5 weeks and sending them all the information they ask me for and they give me long delays or ask me for information that I have already sent them before.
