I WAS HAPPY WITH GETTING THIS MODEL THAT WAS 6 YEARS OLD AND NOT EASY TO FIND IN UK/EUROPE, BUT THE PACKAGING NEEDS TO BE IMPROVED.THE PACKAGE ARRIVED OPEN AND THERE WAS A LACK OF INTERNAL WRAPPING AND THE BOX WAS NOT TAPPED UP WITH CORRECT OR SUFFICIENT TAPE. THIS COMPANY MUST IMPROVE ITS PACKAGING IF I WAS TO BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT

Totally disappointed by the service An order made on 1612 and arrived after Christmas and the New Year (reception on 0201) The site indicated that the order had been given to the carrier on 2612 but this one was given on 3012 and the order was ready from 1912 (information given by your site) The product is very good but not the expedition Moreover I had asked for a gift package with a note of accompaniment and the package was delivered.

Model ordered on 11122019 still not received. On the other hand, the people I spoke to on the phone were very nice. Please do something with mondial relay as I am not at all satisfied with the delivery. To this day I still haven't received the model.

Very good and beautiful product, very well protected in its packaging. I would recommend 1001 maquettes to anyone.

It still needs to be assembled but it looks good!

Speed and efficiency

The company 1001 MAQUETTES does not communicate. I sent 2 emails to this company on 101219 and 131219 to ""contact 1001 maquettes"" and ""contact 1001 hobbies"". Today on 01012020, 3 weeks later, I have received no reply to my complaint, which was as follows (order no. 181900) The lids of paint pots no. SM 378 and MATT 9 cannot be lifted. I used a screwdriver to lift the lids little by little over the whole surface of the round but the lids won't lift. The whole surface of the lids is now damaged. What should I do? If not, can you send me back these 2 pots of paint (REVE00378 dark grey satin and REVE00109 anthracite grey matt) and before sending, can you check that the lids lift up without any problem? According to the TRUSTPILOT reviews, the company seems honest and serious, but be careful with the HELLER paint pots, some of which are defective. Everything arrived as ordered, very well packaged and within the delivery window. 1001 models are an excellent source for all things modelling and are often cheaper than elsewhere. Their customer service is superb, I can't reccomend them highly enough.

As always, 5 stars for service, price and quality. For me personally a true El Dorado in the field of model making. I'm already looking forward to my next order!

On my second order, I waited a long time without it being indicated on the site that 2 models I had chosen were not in stock.

I will never shop here again. I got the broken glue and all the paint cans stained with glue. I sent them an email explaining that we had cleaned the paint cans but the glue was broken and to send us a new one. They replied that I should send them the status of the order and see you later Lucas. I have emailed them twice and have not heard back. I have also called them by phone but they don't answer in Spanish and there is never anyone on the chat page. If you pay for a product in advance, the least they can do is to take care of it if something arrives in the wrong place.

I have an order that has been in transit since 03122019. To date I have not received it. In the tracking of the package it says that there is an incident. I talk to an operator and she tells me that she will open an information report. They do not give me any solutions and it is difficult to understand the id.
