I strongly advise against this sales site. Order made on Nov. 5th with PayPal payment. Product advertised for shipment in 3 working days! Phone call on Nov. 9th. ..... Still no shipment? Problem cited Product not available at other point of sale!!!?. Refund request on Nov. 12 by telephone. Refund promised on Nov. 13 (only on Wednesdays?)...Still nothing on the following Wednesday, Nov. 20! Nefarious. This is the second time they have done the same thing to me. I don't buy from them anymore. When choosing the products it appeared on the screen that they would deliver the product between 3 - 5 days and it has taken 21 days. 16 days after collecting the money they send an email stating that they are taking too long because they do not have the product in stock. Hiding this information from the customer at the time of purchase is abusing the transaction and denying the buyer the possibility of choosing an alternative. It is a good way to lose the confidence of buyers, even if it takes 21 days.
