After 21 days still not received my package. After contacting customer service by e-mail to hear from them, I got a fairly quick response, which is good, but I don't give a damn about your order"" grandiose. The only thing they know how to tell us is ""you can't go faster than the music, you have to wait"". It's really great, bravo to you, very professional. I ordered 2 Lipo batteries. One of them was defective and the second was a little weaker on the chest. After a prompt complaint, a replacement delivery with 2 new checked batteries was made within a few days. I was able to dispose of the defective batteries and did not have to send them back. Everything was very accommodating and without complications.
