delivered 2 months later!! Customer service never responds

fast delivery.

Honestly not great, it was my second order (07/24/2025), knowing that the first one was already late, with two gunpla models, they are marked "in stock shipped within 1 week" both. After 2 and a half weeks, the site tells me that the supplier is delayed and that my order will be processed as soon as possible BUT I had to call on 08/21/2025 (yes almost a month) to get someone to fix the issue because for her, there was no problem, the two gunpla had been in stock for a while... strangely the next day my order was at the pickup point... At least customer service answers promptly on the phone. I took the risk of ordering from you again, should I expect the worst or the best? cruel dilemma

It's been almost a month since the order was placed, only part delivered after a phone call. In short, it's not great, there are other sites that are much more efficient, I just hope to receive my order in its entirety.

The article is supposed to be available, but it is not, it still needs to be ordered. Shipping costs even though it should be free and the actual purchase price is also too expensive. Email address does not work. Contact can only be made through a French address. No recommendation, never again!

1 month delivery delay, order accepted and paid while the products are not in stock. Upon delivery, one product was missing and they offered me a credit for the amount of the product to be used on my next order! I will never buy from this site again.

The items are great, I already knew that. The only big disappointment is the delivery time: more than a month. It would have taken much less time to order it directly from the manufacturer in New Zealand. By going through a French site, one expects more speed and it also avoids customs fees.

It was long! And for good reason: three of the four ordered products were only available on order from the manufacturer, and within one to two weeks (it's written in full, you can't say you weren't aware!). An email received on August 2 to inform me that the order is registered, a second email on August 4 to indicate that the order is being prepared, a third email on the 11th to indicate that the order is still being prepared (logically one of the three items on order must have arrived), then a fourth email on August 13 to inform me that the order has just been shipped. Eleven days in total: we are below the two-week deadline: the contract is perfectly respected. My feeling is therefore positive regarding this store. The wait was indeed long, but the store communicated all along, so we can't say they left me in the dark. I repeat, but the contract has been perfectly respected, so nothing to complain about. Nevertheless, I caution a certain category of potential customers: if you are the impatient and/or paranoid type and demand a daily update on the status of your order and that it arrives complete, at your home, instantly, five seconds after clicking the 'complete order' button, I advise you to move on. After all, modeling is a hobby where patience is paramount. If you are that impatient, perhaps you should consider changing hobbies? lol
