The process worked reasonably well. The parcel was badly damaged by whom? DHL glued it together badly. I only received it on 1.12. 2018. 9 days. But nothing was damaged. I assume that it was damaged during transport. Otherwise I am satisfied. The kit is easy to understand. MfG K.K.

The carrier ""La Poste"" are USELESS. According to the tracking they attempted delivery on 611 again on 711 then again on 1411 and the next notice I have is on 2611 which says they are returning it to sender. They have not called me on my cell phone to arrange a time for delivery nor have they left a note or anything. They have done nothing to try to contact me. Inexplicable. Logically as I think almost everyone I am not 24 hours a day without leaving home but it was as easy as making me a call .... Time wasted now to claim the money and I'm left without the product....
