On an advert on the site I had found a miniature plane which was to be supplied in two copies and no scale was specified on the article. Terrible company overpriced charged surcharge for paying by paypal. As far as I can see they never dispatched the goods could not provide a tracking number and apparently couldn't refund me. I had to open a PayPal dispute to get my money back. So glad I paid the surcharge.

Very little seriousness and no professionalism at all! After placing the order and paying for it I have never received it! It turns out that by internal error they have not found out about the PayPal payment that I have made 14 days before my claim and they did not follow up the order to find out why they have not received the money. It turns out that when I asked for the order (with the reference number given by them) they treated me as if I was trying to cheat them. At the end of a very unproductive online chat I opted for the REFUND option because I will not deal with this company in the near future...or the distant future!

Shocking company Shocking company, paid £6.52 for postage to be told no tracking or insurance. After over three weeks of waiting they finally decided to cancel my order. If you are ordering from the UK save your time and money and buy from somewhere else.
