We started off badly when I paid for a 72 hour shipment and the item arrived a week and a half late, after spending days looking for a way to contact them to make a return, they gave me a shipping address and 10 days ago they received the package and I still haven't heard anything from them or my money. Lots of choice on 1001 maquettes, but beware of competitors who are more competitive. You need to be vigilant, because delivery times are not always respected. What's more, one order was incomplete, and it's up to the customer to prove this by taking photos of the parcel and sending them by e-mail. Can anyone do this? Absolute disaster. One model canceled before shipping even by phone. is still sent and money is deducted (cheek!!!) now run after the money. The second model (BF109 117-€) completely deletantisch assembled. Motor crooked, controls not adjusted correctly. Conclusion does not fly and is for the ton I never order there again !!! except expensive nothing too good.
