I placed an order for 3 models and although they arrived on time, the packages were wrapped in plastic without protection or warning of fragile package so I have received broken packages and one of the models was broken. I have contacted customer service and at first they answered me quickly but when I got to the point of accepting one of the options they gave me they did not give me any sign of life and after 3 emails within 3 weeks to give them time to respond I'm still waiting.

I placed an order for a model on September 4 paying for a shipping service that promised to deliver the package between September 6 and 8. On the 7th I sent them an email asking about the status of the package and was told that it would arrive the following day (which was Saturday the 8th) or early the following week. I was also told that the tracking code would certainly be provided to me on the 8th. I told them how unhappy I was as I had paid extra money for it to be delivered between the 6th and the 8th. Trying to contact them in multiple ways I was given the tracking code on Monday via customer service chat. Finally the package arrived on the 12th and they mailed me the tracking code the day before. The package was correct and arrived in good condition. Overall my rating is bad and I am disappointed.

Well stocked site with lots of good quality material attractive prices. Unfortunately there were problems with the shipment not so much for the delivery time but for the tracking of the package you didn't know where it ended up however everything ended up for the best and certainly the fault was the post office. Only flaw is that the model arrived with a broken tail (solvable problem however annoying since the model is new and of a certain cost) should improve the packaging before shipping. However professional site highly recommended.

I sent off for the Douglas Bader… I sent off for the Douglas Bader spitfire model it arrived today in a plain brown box which was in perfect condition ""But"" when I opened it to reveal the kit box I was not please one bit, the kit box was battered infact if I had gone to a local model shop and it was the last kit in stock I would not have brought it in that condition. I will certainly not be purchasing anything from this seller again .

Everything correct and fast shipping

Excellent customer service and delivery (on time). On the other hand, the product (dolphin helicopter) had obviously already been opened because it was damaged (landing gear detached). The item was sold out but there was no mention of any discount.

Like many others, I've noticed that the packaging leaves something to be desired (simply filmed) and that one of the 4 boxes ordered is open (open seals, parts outside the bags = missing parts?). If you want to offer something as a gift, be sure to order in advance (in my case, I missed my nephew's birthday and had to buy something else as a back-up). Customer support answers the phone well, yes. But it's a problem with our logistician"". As for the return order form inside, nothing to do with what I ordered. The return is going to be complicated. In short, for me it's a failure, and frankly a shame.

This was the only online hobby store where I could find HGW scale seat belts. (That's not to say there may be others.) I placed my order thinking that the store was in the United States. It was only after the three weeks it took for the items to arrive that I realized the online store is located in Europe. Otherwise a successful online purchase.
