Their phone number says open 9-5 weekdays but I've now tried 5 times and the UK number says its closed and then a couple of times the same number has gone through to French answer machine. I've found no way of contacting them all I want is to know what the problem is and when my order will arrive!

I order the paints and everything works fine. Then I get an e-mail telling me that one of the paints is missing and they give me a credit note (not a refund!) I get another e-mail, the paint is back in stock and I can recommend it and use my credit note... I recommend it and then, surprise, I'm charged shipping again (7.99€), which is a lot of money for a can of paint (plus I can't find where to use the credit). The next day, I see that they've assembled the 2 orders, but they didn't take away the 2nd shipping charge. But the funniest thing was that I received my parcel without the famous missing paint. no explanation, but the person was very kind and re-sent the order, which I hope will arrive soon. To get it I placed another order and after reading and rereading the pages I finally found it, but I need to improve the system and make sure I find it ju
