Order arrived on time. Everything was perfect.

Large and extensive range but unfortunately.... I had to wait almost a month for a letter (1 decal sheet). What's more, it didn't come in the form of a letter but in a parcel which I also had to collect from the post office. I have already mentioned the long delivery times several times. Regardless, this criticism is ignored. The delivery service is simply unprofessional.

They always deliver and I have never had any problems with them. Congratulations

I realize 1001 Modelkits has no control of the postal system so technically I cannot hold them at fault for this large delay. However, after seeing many complaints about orders not being received at all or seriously delayed I would expect that 1001 Modelkits would make other arrangements to insure the best possible customer service. I believe most customers would pay an extra fee for some trackable shipping service that would hopefully avoid these types of situations. Postscript...the order arrived the afternoon that I posted this review. Thanks!

Empire C Class Flying Boat 1/144 Kit arrived in good time-well packaged and shipped DHL from France to western US No customs monies required. No flaws in casting but some trimming required for invisible joins. Haven't yet completed but so far all is going well. John

Never Again Never Again Dispatching and shipping takes far too long. I ordered 5 weeks ago and still have got nothing. No reaction when complaining by mail. Horrible prices: Most of the items are nearly priced double compared to competitors like Hannants. Not acceptable. I only ordered because I found this special kit anywhere else.

My first experience with 1001 maquettes was a revelation. The way my order was processed and followed up step by step could not have been more efficient and reassuring. Ordered on November 6 and shipped on November 9, what more could I ask for? I'm confident that I'll use this company for my next order. However, uncertainty and impatience set in with increasing weight as the days following shipment passed. The contrast between 1001 maquettes and the delivery company is considerable. Total silence, not the slightest information on delivery times, even approximate, even though a computerized system would certainly make this possible. As far as I'm concerned, this aspect is very disappointing. It's certain that for my next order, I won't be choosing this tr
