Last 12122016 I placed an order that was charged to my account on 14122016. Not receiving the product and not having information on the status of the order I made several calls in which an answering machine answered indicating to send an email which I did after three emails sent to which no one has responded on 06012017 13012017 and 24012017 I find that as of the date of sending this notice no one has contacted me to tell me the status of the order or responded to my request for a refund of the amount paid. I request a refund of the amount paid (14508€) to the credit card I used to place the order.

No comms from Vendor until PayPal intervened We did eventually receive the product we ordered. However at first this vendor took the money, sent us an invoice then.. Nothing. After a few days we contacted the vendor asking what was happening. No response. We contacted them again. No response. Finally we resorted to opening a PayPal complaint in order to get a refund. The response was then instantaneous. Multiple emails kept us informed up until the point the goods turned up.

After ordering 8 items on this site, I received the parcel 5 days later by Colissimo. What a surprise to see that I only had half of my order... The delivery note stipulated the total amount of my order. I called 1001 Maquettes to find out if all this was normal, and the advisor promised to keep me informed of what had happened. The next day, with no news, I decided to call again. The logistician calls me a liar... However, the advisor re-ordered the missing items. 5 days later, the post office called to tell me that my parcel had been opened and that there was only one item left. I call 1001 Maquettes again and they trigger a new order... Which turned out to be the right one. 4 weeks for items in stock.
