Ordered and paid six weeks ago. To date, no reply to my e-mail, no telephone contact possible and, of course, no goods received. This company does not even respond to a negative review. So either this store is out to defraud from the start or the behavior of pocketing money without delivering anything in return and then pretending to be completely dead could also indicate that the store is bankrupt. A Wee Bit Disappointed I did receive my item when expectedbut was disappointed that my rather expensive items arrived bent with only a bubble mailer to ""protect"" them. Items were metal and flexible but are not meant to be sharply bent. A piece of cardboard in the envelope could have prevented all of that and not added much to the weight. Paid $20 for shipping to America and expected a bit more care for the price.

If I hadn't paid via PayPal, I would probably still be waiting for my shipment. Order dated 06.12.2016. No response to my emails either. Only after contacting PayPal did I receive a response. The shipment (letter) was delivered on 22.12.2016.
