The order was placed at the end of September and the product was delivered only after 22 days but the delivery charges did not change! Impossible to get them on the phone or by internet, I received the same answer three times, simply copied and pasted. Finally the product arrived well packed, nothing to say. I have the impression that they don't have enough stock but consequently they shouldn't charge for deliveries.

I've sent emails and received no response, tried the phone number, which has an amazingly short 2 hour window to call, but then I don't speak French so it's useless. Enclosed in this email was the date of delivery being between 10-16-15 and 10-20-15. I also paid an upgraded shipping method so a tracking number would be supplied (UPS). However, no tracking number has ever been provided. My payment was processed and completed on 10-1-15 according to the order status on my account. I have patiently waited till today 10-20-15 which is the last day of promised delivery, but no delivery was made. For the last 3 days I have called the contact number which I only get a French answering service and no return call. I have emailed twice with no response, in an attempt to acquire a tracking number or some form of shipping info to conform some sort of progress is being made. I have also called the U.S. contact for returns in Centerton, AR with no success either. My order status has reflected the same message ""order being processed"" for 3 weeks now including after the promised delivery time has expired. If some sort of contact or explanation is not reciprocated, in the next day or so, I will be reporting this practice of customer neglect, and forwarding a copy of all correspondence to my attorney.

However, I was too disappointed with the relay point (auchan avallon) with whom we had to fight for three days to get our parcel, which we were told had not been received. Order placed on 04 october in theory it left on 091015. on 161015 still nothing received. That's a bit much for a supposed delivery time of 4 to 7 days! On the phone, they promise tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow, but offer no compensation or solution. I think the store's policy is to charge shipping costs! which isn't right because the order follows the same channels. It's a way of making a bit more profit on the backs of customers. I don't recommend taking the free shipping option. Disappointed

I chose standard shipping (the least expensive one) because I had no particular urgency but so it seems a bit too much Moreover I have solicited info but I have not received any kind of response I am not convinced I will make more purchases so i becomes safer and cheaper to buy colors in store.
