I have been buying on the internet for several years now but rarely have I had such a positive experience as with 1001 models. Great site virtually complete product range fast shipping considering the distance and competitive prices which doesn't hurt. Pretty much 110 and praise.

I discovered 1001 maquetas looking for some specific models and decals and it seemed surprising to me the quantity and volume of models and new references of all kinds that I found. I have already placed two orders and in both cases I am very satisfied with the purchases as well as the information and attention provided. The reception of them has been adequate so I will continue to make purchases of my hobby as well as other products of which I am very satisfied.

Please reconsider: a satisfaction questionnaire to fill in when the receipt of an order is delayed is of the worst effect... By the way, where is my order (cashed as it should be)?

the stock of articles is not in conformity, which means that delivery times are longer. Funny story. I order an item that seems to be in stock. I place the order and pay. So far so good. 3 days later I receive an e-mail telling me that the item has to be delivered because it's out of stock. Then a message that the collis has arrived at 1001maquettes. 7 days later 3 messages that the collis has been sent and that the tracking nr will be sent again. 4 days later still no nr. I contact customer service who confirm the shipment and the trans[carrier. They told me that the tracking number was not available. So I contacted the carrier by e-mail and in less than 30 minutes I had the number and confirmation that the shipment had not been made on August 4 as announced by 1001maquettes but that the collis had been given to the carrier on August 6 to arrive at my house on August 8. So I'm wondering about 1001 maquettes' adherence to deadlines and the camouflage practices employed, but after a long wait (3 weeks) I've got my model. By way of comparison, I had to order a piece from another site that didn't charge me for postage (for a collis worth less than the model) and miraculously, the day after I placed the order, I got my collis ... which calls for a certain rethinking of the quality of service.

They were serious in updating me on the progress of the order and quick in shipping. Definitely a serious and reliable modeling site and above all Italian. Bravi

So everything went wrong. The delivery came a week later than was announced. I ordered 3 1m long wooden slats. These were sent in a 1m x 40cm x 1cm package. This had been bent 2 times. There was nothing on the package. No ""please do not bend"" or ""fragile. The end of the story was that I had lots of small wooden sticks. I wrote a direct mail with photos. Then I asked in ""Lifechat"" what was going to happen now. ""We will contact you when the mail has been processed. "" Sorry but who sends thin wooden strips in such a lousy package? So far there has been no response from 1001.

I placed an order on July 24th for the products marked""in stock"". After a few days I was told that I had to wait for delivery from the suppliers...??!!!? On August 1st I was told that my order had been dispatched (by Collissimo, which I paid for to be delivered in 4 days). Today, August 06, I still have nothing! For your information, I ordered on a competitor's site on the same day, with a few minutes' delay... I received my order 4 days later (even though they're abroad). This is the second time I've ordered from you and I've already had problems the first time (1 month wait). So this is the last time I'll be ordering from you. I don't think you care about a small customer in today's booming model-making market, but I'll take the liberty of advertising you in the model-making forums and at the many exhibitions that I've attended.

I received my order with much delay on products indicated in stock moreover in 2 boxes of models it missed parts.

it's a very good site that concretizes all my requests in modeling and a lot of brands and choices.

I ordered varnish and decals and everything arrived in an envelope with bubbles. ...the decals have suffered (folding, damage to a decal ...) the least I could do would be to slide the decal board between 2 sheets of cardboard, which would avoid, in my opinion, the deterioration of these somewhat sensitive boards.

Although the item was not in stock, I was kept up to date at all times and given an estimated delivery time. The delivery arrived on time and the entire process was very convincing.

Emails were responded to with generic ""we will let you know when we receive a status"". After 45 days I got a refund. They processed my refund timely, so I suppose that's a positive? Now I missed my uncle's birthday, and will have to order from scratch from somewhere else. Don't order from here if you have a deadline to mee!

It's great, delivery is fast. However on some models there are some small details missing like the flexible opening of doors and hoods. The engine details would also need to be improved to be even more realistic. But all in all it's great!

First buying experience on 1001 models unfortunately not entirely satisfactory. The order placed (and paid for) on Sunday, July 6 arrived on Friday, July 25 despite the fact that all of the products ordered were marked as available except for 1 listed as in stock and shippable in 4-6 days. After about 10 days of waiting an email informed me that such product first delayed and then unavailable would be cancelled from the order its cost was returned to me in the form of a voucher for a later purchase (would have been more welcome the money back but so be it). Finally on the 17th the package is shipped the tracking number I receive only on the 24th (it tells me that on the 23rd the package left France was taken over by a courier) but by now it is of no use since it arrived on the 25th and mysteriously also contains the product unavailable! Just as well even though by now I had ordered it and received it (in three days!) from England. Positive sides: - lots of products that can be ordered - with sales you can find nice models at good prices. Negative sides: - standard shipping and delivery times too long even unnerving in case of temporary hiccups - though not the company's fault - in the delivery of the products - automatic communications via site account or via email unclear and often late - packaging definitely improvable considering the fragile and expensive nature of the goods handled.
