Everything was perfect. I can say only that all its good. Perfect delivery and quick.

Order placed on 2801 also paying extra to have expedited shipping part of the goods received on 2802 after continuous requests for timelines and explanations about the lentency of the supply. Last product of the order arrived on 0404 after my express request to receive at least the products in stock. Only explanation received ""error on the part of one of our suppliers"" and uan promise of discount on next shipping charges. Final verdict very bad no comprehensive explanation received luckily I had chosen express shipping.

The last order I placed on the site did not arrive. Colissimo indicated that it had been returned due to an incomplete address. I sent a mail to 1001 maquettes explaining the problem and asking for the parcel to be sent back to me - giving my address - but I haven't heard anything back.

A first order in the blink of an eye, quickly and well done. I'd been looking for a rare model that couldn't be found in conventional stores for a long time. And now it's come to complete my collection. Good find 1001 maquettes.

Unfortunately, the prices are exorbitant and the selection is too small for my needs.

This set has been out of production for many years so I was lucky to find them but they are not as good as other figures in this series. I have compared them to the original poses on Plastic Soldier Review and these are just cheap copies in brittle plastic. I would love to know why Imex produced such an inferior set. Does anyone know the story behind this?

I'm very happy to see that the 172e soldiers still exist. Well, they cost around 500€ and not 120 Francs like at my local tobacconist's 40 years ago - which is quite an increase in the price of plastic. But the service is fast and impeccable. I'll be back at 1001 maqu

Good company, but suffers from slow shipping and customer service response. Good company, that shipped my item well protected. However, one item was out of stock, and it took them around two weeks to let me know. In that same time, I placed orders with their competitors, got notification of shipping and received my order. When I inquired about the delay, it took a couple of days to get a response. They need to tighten up these areas to really be first class. That said, depending on the item and my need, I would consider ordering from them again.

First purchase on this site and disappointing

Provided needed item in reasonable time. I was trying to locate a specific ship model and was having no luck. I tried 1001modelkits and the item was there. I ordered it and was advised via e-mail that the model would have to be shipped from overseas to the warehouse in Arkansas and then to me. The item I wanted arrived eventually and in excellent condition. I was very pleased with my dealings with 1001modelkits.

hello in my order of early march 2014 i ordered a model (the order summary is correct and the invoice too) but it's another one that i received ... i sent a message to [email protected] but no answer! The problem is that what was delivered to me was part of a previous order and so I have a duplicate box which I don't have.

waste of time and money Hey, I would like to share with you my worst buying experience I've had so far , here are the details of the case : I saw many publications in magazines of models building from about 1001modelkits.com , after I checked and compared prices and seeing positive reviews online I decided to try and do a purchase from them. the site seem very impressive and serious , with huge stock and tempting prices - including low postage. I made the purchase at 7.3.14 and according to the site terms it has been said that the shipment will be sent in no more than 48 hours. After several days that i did not received from them any email to document the purchase (which I usually get right away from my experience from buying in many websites) I contacted their customer service department and after a few days I received the following laconic message : "" Dear customer , Rest assured that we do our best to deliver our customers quickly. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the package is sent. Best regards, Customer service 1001modelkits"" Since the message said nothing about delivery time, estimated shipment or reason for the delay (all products were marked as available and in stock ) I tried to contact again to their customer service department with email's and direct messages to their online services but until now I did not get any response or any replay . this looks like just a scam to rub you out of your money!
