On the positive side, the parcel arrived without damage. On the negative side, I looked puzzled at the delivery when I had to pay the courier from the post office CHF 28 for customs clearance. Hello in terms of choice of products and prices the site is very good. Also, the sales department responds quickly to questions by e-mail. Then, in terms of delivery, I placed my order on Monday April 23rd and it was delivered on Friday May 11th, i.e. more than two and a half weeks later. It took a long time, especially as I had ordered by Colissimo. Finally, when I went to pick up the parcel at the post office on May 11th, the agent handed me my parcel, which was... open. The scotch tape had in fact been poorly attached to the box, which had to be opened hard.
