Took 2 months and multiple complaints to get item Placed an order in mid-December, money debited from card, by mid-January nothing had arrived. Sent several complaints via email and their Facebook page. Eventually the item was sent in early February.

Placed two orders which they did not... Placed two orders which they did not combine postage, one order took ages to be delivered, the second was lost. They did replace the lost order, but overall postage took too long, so I won't be using them again.

It doesn't really look like a model, it looks more like a child's toy! Very disappointed.

At the moment, the order is lost between the 1001 maquettes shipment and the worldwide pick-up. To be continued...

After ordering a model for a Christmas gift this one arrived a month late so I bought another c xxx gift and upon receipt of the model I sent it back to you for reimbursement on January 22 to date no news of my reimbursement.

I was missing a little pot of Revell contacta glue. Too bad! I'm also disappointed by the acrylic paint. Otherwise, the model is perfect.

Hello. Everything went well from order to delivery. However, I am not satisfied with the assembly instructions, as some existing parts are not listed. There are no instructions for the front mast. I'm also contacting Heller to let them know what I think. This is the first time I've encountered this problem on a large number of models. Have a nice day. Cordi

it's all well and good to offer special offers, but you have to take the competition into account. in principle, that's what drives everyone forward, knowing how to compete on much more than just the products you sell. that's the golden rule, especially as you're pretty well supplied in terms of products !!!! I ordered from 3 stores at the same time on the same day (Monday). One store delivered on Thursday, one on Saturday and this parcel is due to arrive on Monday. All via DHL. I personally think that's too long.

Dreadful service - avoid this company Ordered a model on 31st December and it only arrived on the 6th February. Only managed to get hold of their customers services to find out what was going on three times - many emails got ignored or unanswered. Model was shipped to the UK from France and the excuse given was distribution problems and brexit but I had ordered another model from a supplier in France on 22nd January and it arrived just 8 days later so I cannot accept this. After waiting six weeks, I even had to demand my money back. I did get my model eventually, but absolutely dreadful, shocking customer service. I will never use them again and strongly suggest that anybody else think very hard before doing so either. A horrendous exercise in misery and pain.

Since November 25, 2020 I placed an order worth 7689 euros and after many emails asking me basically for understanding and patience, I have had to consider the order cancelled on January 11, 2021. They even reply to my mail saying that I will have the amount refunded in 14 working days at the most. However, they could not make it so easy. Today is February 6, 2021 (19 working days later). I write another email and they don't even answer. Order placed on 26012021 transfer accepted and cashed package shipped not yet arrived and we are at 06022021. Impossible to have contact with seller secretary in unclear French language. I was planning to buy other models even expensive ones but I will carefully avoid doing so by giving you bad publicity I will go to the consumer association trying to get my rights.

It's not easy to quickly go back to a previous choice, which makes navigating the site laborious.

I bought from you two items one arrived to me completely wrong the other after 20 days still has not arrived I have sent multiple emails to the French and Italian site with headquarters in Milan and Italian phone number to which they answer only in French or English which is absurd I have also tried to communicate in the Facebook page to no avail because the page is not active you are a bunch of scammers but do not worry I for €80 I do not become poor I will report to the competent police force your unserious position and I repeat of scammers shame on you God damn you....

Communication problem when we call we always get the answering machine. Small delivery problems despite the price of chrononopost offered. The delivery took place after the planned date because I was worried about the follow-up by telephone.

I am still waiting for them to give me a solution so that I can return the wrong order I have sent a lot of emails and phoned and no one has given me a solution.

The delivery is not complete. The decals have not been delivered. The delivery is marked as fully delivered in the system. Annoying because it was a first order. Will there be a subsequent delivery? Or will I be stuck with the difference? Greetings

Very disappointed with the long delay in delivery. The cars purchased are not what they looked like in the publicity photos, they are not replicas but plastic mountable elements. Huge price for something that is not worth it.

Not only do they not meet the delivery time indicated at the time of purchase, but when asked for information about it, the information they give is not truthful. The delivery time is part of the shopping experience and the commitment of the store giving a bad image to the consumer. I will think a lot about buying from 1001 maque again.

The price difference between the price indicated on the website and the ticket was 10€ more without specifying the concept apart from the shipping that was specified. In total, a 49€ model has ended up costing

Slow and cumbersome fulfillment The attraction is the huge range of products. They are not discounted and I have never been asked for a Paypal fee before. Two items shown as in stock turned out not to be, this was irritating and delayed processing of my order. You are not told the supplier is in France which will obviously impact delivery time and cost. All in all three weeks to deliver. Only useful if you cannot find the products elsewhere.

Had a delivery that was damaged on arrival. After contacting 1001 models they replaced the item free of charge. Great service!

At the moment I ordered two times and… At the moment I ordered two times and both came within relative short time after the orders were placed. In the past there were a few minor difficulties but they were rectified. I'm confident enough to know that if I were to place a new order, that the company will send it in a short amount of time. The only thing I find a bit dissapointing about the shop, is their price range for model kits. I mean the prices never stay the same. For example, when I buy a model kit at a price of € 24.99 9without shipping costs, the next week this price is suddenly € 37,99, for the same model kit. So prices never stay exactly as they are. If a model kit is on sale, then it's understandable. But if they have a certain positive inventory, they should keep the prices the same. Weither it's € 37,99 or less.

Shipment was pretty quick (Within a week) but all emails were in French. Hard to understand being Dutch yet doable. Recommend to do this in English. Packing was solid.
