I placed an order on December 19 I placed an order on December 19, 2020. I paid a lot of money for express delivery and upon placing my order received a confirmation email indicating that my order would arrive on December 24, 2020. I am still waiting for my order on January 2, 2021. Order tracking does not work. I get an error message indicating that this service is unavailable. I do not think I will order from them again.

received a package of a henglong 116 king tiger rc tank and after charging the battery the tank switches off after a few seconds and the headlight doesn't work, so I'm very disappointed.

Nothing good To begin with, we had to buy a new remote control for 60€ because the one that came with the boat didn't work, and since there's a covid, there's no soap. Then we noticed that the rudders weren't mounted in the right direction, but that's not all, the parts inside weren't properly installed.

Order placed on November 28 and parcel received on December 26! A few days after placing the order, I received an e-mail informing me that one of the products was not in stock, even though I had not been informed of this at the time of ordering. Approximately every 3 days I received the same message, even a duplicate. In mid-December I contacted the seller and again received an e-mail telling me that they were waiting for the product. I was waiting for these models which were intended as Christmas presents! To miss and on top of that to have to buy something else! We are asked to give preference to our French companies to keep the economy going. In the meantime amazone respects their shipping dates to the letter. Very disappointed I will not make any more com

Hello, my order was placed a few days before Christmas. It was not a problem that delivery would be delayed - especially because of the holidays. However, in the days that followed I kept getting emails asking me to complete the order even though I had transferred the amount. I received no reply to my e-mails. Only after contacting Paypal was there a brief response. When I placed the order with "1001Modellbau"" before Christmas, I was of the opinion that it was a German model making mail order company. If I had known that the company was based abroad, I would not have placed an order. Because of the current problem with Covid-19, I always have orders delivered to packing stations (which are operated by DHL) whenever possible. This is usually no problem with German retailers. Due to negative experiences, I know that delivery from other European countries to packing stations is often not possible - for whatever reason. This is also the case in this case: although a Packstation is specified on the delivery address, the goods were sent with dpd. It is possible that the shipment will be lost for a few euros, but with an order value of approx. 100 euros I will try to get the money back. My suggestions for improvement: 1. better organization of the ordering process 2. better communication with the customer 3. clearly formulate the delivery conditions or indicate the logistics partner clearly when ordering.

Overall disappointed. The order scheduled for delivery by December 21st finally arrived on December 29th...a shame for a Christmas present! The parcel ready to be dispatched from the logistics platform was blocked for 5 days without any explanation from the company I contacted by phone. What's more, 2 of the items advertised as being in stock on the site were found to be awaiting restocking at the time of confirmation...to encourage the customer to order (?) whereas other sales sites clearly indicated that the products were not available for 46 days. It's clumsy, even misleading. In my opinion, you can only give a bad brand image, and this encourages mistrust... disappointing for a site that claims to be of high quality and, what's more, French.

On 3-11-2020 I placed order 061QQVVVGO. On 7-11-2020 I placed the order UXCLSJOPI. These two orders are grouped in another one with number 229785 with date 13112020. Later I place the order GHFSZABMT with date 16112020. After showing my concern for not receiving anything, they send me an email telling me that it seems that 229785 has been lost. I don't know anything about the other one. As of today 31122020 I have not received any of the orders.

Bought wooden puzzle on 1712 with guaranteed delivery for 2412 Maxi and therefore the assurance of having a gift for Christmas for my son. Delivered by parcel relay on..2812. So no gift for Christmas. Battle to get someone on the phone ( 2312 ) only to tell me that it's not their fault it's Chronopost. Insisting that it should normally be delivered on time, I wait in vain. Still waiting I paid roughly $50 for a model plane and another $45 to have it expedited shipping to arrive between December 21 - December 24th before Christmas. Also included in the $45 shipping was a tracking number. Unfortunately the tracking company was only in French so so couldn’t understand it. It is December 29th and I still haven’t received the model. My uncle also Ordered the same model and he is experiencing the same thing. All it says on your website is December 21st your package arrived in your country. Nothing else. I am so disappointed. This Was the model planes my uncle and father flew in Vietnam and I was so excited to get it for him. I don’t even know if it’s still coming or if I lost my money. I choose your company because of all the good reviews.

On the 14th they send an email ""your order is ready"" On the 17th they send the same email (but one item is still missing) on the 22nd ""your order will be shipped shortly"" on the 23rd ""it has been shipped"" as of today 2912 the tracking code does not show up in the database. I prefer less information but correct and true.

I have been waiting for an order--paid in advance of course--since October 15 when I ordered and paid for it. It has NEVER arrived and it seems impossible to contact the store either by email or using the various forms here on the site. I receive no response whatsoever. Very unsatisfactory.
