I am very pleased with my purchase but very unhappy because the instructions are not in French and it is very constraining to use my gift I sent an email but I received a response only for the purchase of spare parts and manuals.

Hello After paying nearly 10€ for a 48h delivery I was delivered in 96h. I'm told it's the health crisis. I work in the children's sector and we too have been faced with a health crisis since 130320 and have had to reinvent ourselves to be able to work more or less normally. So I think it's a shame to charge for a service we don't provide.

As much as in general it is a serious efficient store with good assistance over several years I have had some unpleasant surprises including lastly sending a model that was not ordered instead of one moreover of a different scale that was no longer available even though it showed up on the site. I don't know if the mishap was due to a failure to update the site in real time but I would have found it more logical to keep the money on credit for a later order rather than send a model that I was not interested in forcing me to waste time sending it back. That aside, I am pleased with the wide variety of models and the reliability of the system.

However, the situation became more complicated when we had to return one of the products in the order (a product that did not meet our expectations): the request had been made on the site for over a week now and still no message authorizing the return. Customer service is unreachable by phone. In short, it's better to be totally satisfied with your order and have nothing to return.

I placed an order that was supposed to arrive in 7-9 business days and instead took 12. Since it was an item I was supposed to decorate for Christmas each day of delay was heavy to catch up on. A meager communication came from support about the delay in restocking and this unnerved me because if you don't have the item in stock you don't sell it. If I had in fact known it was out of stock I would have purchased the same item from another retailer at a lower price where the estimated delivery time was 10 business days. Another thing: since the item has a cone shape I asked for gift wrapping (cost 2.50€) to have something more ""professional"" than what I could have done (who with packages anyway I do pretty well) and I was delivered the cone simply wrapped in a sheet of colored paper and with a scotch tape closure to say the least embarrassing. I think with a little more care and attention something better could have been done. I am not giving a star because with the purchase anyway I was given a 5€ off coupon on my next purchase. I will most likely not use it but it is still a kind thought.

Don't even think about buying. I am editing a previous review because the system won't let me make another review. This is my second review of the same order. I ordered it 20 days ago I made a review 4 days ago that they answered me today telling me that customer service will contact me lie. They send you a tracking number from the post office showing that they have not delivered the package to the post office for delivery. I will continue to update every day the valuations for everyone to know.

1 star because 0 is not possible. Ordered a model on December 4 and opted for fast delivery at more than 8 euros to be sure to have it for Christmas. On December 10 no news, no tracking number, so I emailed to find out the status of my order and was told that they were waiting for the product and would send it to me as soon as they received it. CancellationCancellation after 2 days, i.e. within the GTC period (14 days) is ignored. Feedback is not given even after repeated e-mails. Only ever told that delivery will be made. I have already claimed twice that I placed an order on 15-11-2020 and a month later it has not arrived. The explanation they give me is that it is in the post office, which is a lie. Disappointed. Order placed on 0512 on the basis of available items. Delivery within 4 to 6 working days. Credit card debited on the FRIDAY. On the 11th, with no news, I contacted 1001 Maquettes and received a reply on the 14th: product received this weekend. Then on the 15th I learned that the main product was on its way from a supplier. By this I mean""article indisponible"" or ""en cours d'approvisionnement"". None of these mentions appeared on the site at the time of the order. To date, SEVEN of these items are advertised as available. As for telephone contact, it rings in the void. I do not recommend this merchant.

Purchased only with paypal or credit card. My order was supposed to be shipped within 35 days instead it was shipped after two weeks in fact not a serious delay but in asking for explanations I was getting discordant messages those who told me that their regular supplier no longer had it available and they sn sn turned to another and those who blamed the courier delays generically. I started to lose confidence. The turning point was only when I threatened to turn to my bank for a chargeback a few days and they shipped.

The parcel took 21 days although 7 days were initially specified. You are repeatedly put off and it is not possible to cancel even if the parcel has not yet been sent. After sending it back because the parcel arrived much too late, there was still no refund after more than a month. That was the first and also the last time I ordered anything here.
