It would be desirable to have more precise assembly instructions in FRENCH.

Products delivered as ordered. However, contrary to what was displayed on the merchant site at the time of ordering, the items ordered were not in stock and had to be restocked by the supplier, which delayed the dispatch of this order. After a complaint, the sales department estimated that this product would be shipped within 3 to 5 working days, but I'm positive that it was in stock (four items remaining) at the time of my order. While this malfunction of the site or stock management had no effect on the final outcome of the transaction, it did damage the image of the service.

I placed an order on November 7th. On the 14th I received an email saying that my order had been dispatched via Colissimo. Today is the 25th and I still haven't received anything. The Colissimo website indicates that my order is being prepared by the sender or is being handled by them. Admittedly delivery times can be longer at the moment, but still ... What's more, you're unreachable on the phone and I can't log on to my customer area. Despite several attempts to reset my password, I have received nothing. It's the right e-mail address and I've checked the spam. I won't be recommending you and I'm considering taking action if I don't receive my order in the next few days.

Finally, on November 20, I received a message that I could fill out a form for a return request at my own expense. It is unfortunate that a support issue takes more than a week especially if the support turns out to be a wall that is not willing to help you but instead does everything possible to make the already unpleasant situation even more unpleasant Whether this is due to unconscious incompetence or deliberate stubbornness I will not say. This was my first and last experience with this website.

Hello Your package is missing the glue and paint! Ordering these accessories separately is VERY EXPENSIVE! You could enclose them anyway. What can we do with a model to be assembled without these accessories? It looks smart to give an incomplete gift. If you order on the internet, it's to save yourself running to the stores, and here I am! Thank you, I could have done without it.... Sincerely anyway. J

I bought it on November 9th and it still hadn't arrived on the 25th, even though I was charged €7 for Colissimo 48h delivery and I live 16km from the store. Even Vinted deliveries are faster.

I ordered 3 items and what i received were two correct items and one incorrect which i did not order Order number 6JUCCAC5F I received an item called PLA NAVY FLIGHT DECK CREW with item number CDM350003 but i ordered item number AHMM35-003 which is a Micro-Mir G7ET3 German Torpedo I tried to contact 100hobbies nl but the only thing i heard was a message machine I also send two emails but until this day i get no respond I paid arround 30 euros for something i did not order and i can not use I still have some good hopes that they will solve this problem and otherwise i have to go to the police to report this and take further steps

The promised shipping costs that are NOT charged for an order over 69 euros are still charged to me already twice.

Satisfactory packaging but almost 1 month for an order of 6 pots of paint! No information on progress except when I contacted the site by e-mail (quick response but no estimated time). No word of apology ... nothing It's a shame because my 1st order was perfect. I don't normally leave reviews but in this case I thought I would. I ordered a model LCT-6 on Saturday 14th November as it was the best price on the internet paid with PayPal and waited. Email confirmations and thank you' s then nothing! Used to Amazon next day deliveries I was a little concerned so checked trust pilot. Mainly good reviews but some poor - had I made a mistake? Turns out no model arrived in good condition on 20th new and all email advices beforehand advising its status. Some people were complaining it came from France - so what the service was good the price was good and we are in a pandemic!! Would definitely use again - Thank you for your service 1001 models

Product niet geleverd en geen geld terug. Fraudeurs! Ik weet niet waar deze mensen mee bezig zijn. Maar na een bestelling overduidelijk naar het verkeerde adres verzonden te hebben (het niet bestaande 413 in plaats van 41-3), komen ze niet terug met een oplossing. Zij hebben niet geleverd, maar geven ook niet het geld terug. Telefoonnummer werkt niet, mailen werkt niet. Zelfs een aangetekende brief komt terug omdat hun adres niet klopt. Edit: Op de factuur staat duidelijk 41-3. Dus wat hieronder wordt beweerd klopt niet.
