Incorrect item delivered Incorrect item delivered. After waiting several weeks for my international delivery (from 1001 Modelikits in France), instead of receiving the Huey Decal Set that I ordered, I received decals for a Japanese warship! The company website gives no email contact details for customer service. Very disappointed.

This is not at all the item I ordered! The parcel arrived folded into a ball in the letterbox.

Effective for models, much less so for accessories such as expensive paint, and no choice but to go to the competition to find what you need to paint a model, and what's more, at an affordable price. Dom

I have not received my order

The package was not sent as a gift as requested and was not marked as a gift with contents of no commercial value. The recipient in Israel must pay customs and fees. please forward to the sender.

I mistakenly made a scaling error on some parts that I sent back without anything happening despite reminders. When you register my credit, the bill will go up by itself. For the moment I don't find you very efficient.

If a product is not in stock, please indicate this. This will avoid the customer having to pay colissimo delivery charges because he is in a hurry.

Als ik bel krijg ik een engels sprekende voicemail. Communicatie langs Trustpilot werkt wel, want het pakket is vandaag 12 oktober, na een stevige en harde review op 6 oktober, geleverd. 1001 Modelkits: doe wat aan je klantencontacten via email of telefoon anders redt je het niet.

Got my model paints suuuper quick!! I am very impressed and I knew details of my shipment all along the way. Very satisfied. Products arrive in optimum shape. Reccomend this website wholeheartedly.

Wide range of models but prices higher than on other sites and waiting for restocking without knowing the restocking times. Unreachable by phone. Notifies only at the last moment when models are to be retrieved from stock.

Model didnt arrive. No response from customer service. Now having to try and get refund from credit card company. Update.. 10pm Mon 5th Oct. Still no contact from customer service... Didn't receive any address verification email, just one saying it was in transit and then one saying it was delivered. UPS courier service admits they can't give me proof of delivery (despite address being a very well known naval base) and UPS advise me to take up with sender. This was meant to be a birthday gift for my son, but nothing arrived. Really disappointing.

My order was packed well shipped promptly (especially considering the craziness of ordering something from overseas right now with the Covid-Craziness) and the prices were reasonable. I'll happily deal with this vendor/business again.

Hello I'm a beginner model maker and I've come across your site to order the equipment I need to get started in good conditions. Model paints workstation carpets various tools etc.. My dissatisfaction concerns a pair of pliers with black handles sent with the kit (6 paints, 3 brushes, glue and pliers). I find it difficult to supply a lower-end pair of pliers. Useless because not fine enough to scratch. The blue-handled pliers sold separately are apparently of much better quality, and in any case usable because they're finer. hello.i'm not happy with your service.i sent you back a new airplane received damaged. You did nothing except to send it back to me with a letter saying that you had called the distributor and that it was a manipulation to be done on the transmitter. I called kyosho myself, who confirmed that they had never distributed this kit in BNF (without radio and batteries).I called your secretary a fortnight ago, who has done nothing since. What's more, the first time I sent the kit back, I was obliged to pay 11euro40 for the colissimo because your secretary confirmed that she had omitted to send me the return barcode. I only had the sav code.
