Placed an order with 1001 Maquettes in France on April 20th. By MAY 26th no word no nothing so I wrote saying I no longer needed the item asking to cancel and refund. ON the 27th they write back asking if I really mean it. I reply on the 27th yes cancel and refund. I get a reply TODAY May 29th that they are so sorry but the item was supposedly shipped on the 27th. Is this good customer service? I leave it to you but I will NEVER deal with them again! Their service was MERDIQUE!!!!

1st and last order on this site. I will never go through 1001 maquettes again. Order placed on 29042020 for black and white undercoats + a Citadel painter's handle. It says that the products will be delivered within 2 to 5 weeks (because no longer in stock and long lead time). So... On May 14, the products were back in stock, and the lead time for orders went from 2 to 4 weeks. The question is already being asked about the fact that before bringing in stock to sell, it might be necessary to send out paid orders. 2 weeks waiting for 2 cans of paint when I'm in the 93, 20 minutes from Paris. I find this lamentable.
