I placed my order on 30042020 and had to contact customer service via their e-mail support to find out that a product in stock at the time of my order (acrylic bright yellow pot 22ml) was no longer in stock when the order was being prepared... it's now 1505 and I still haven't received confirmation of the order modification I had to make in order to hope to receive my parcel one day. Be Aware Be careful when ordering from this supplier as the delivery dates are very excessive (currently in excess of 6 weeks) and communication is poor. I have repeatedly asked for a refund by email and the request is being ignored. There is no way to contact them other than by email as the phone is either off or straight to answer an machine.

The reviews are for 1001 Maquettes, not 1001 Puzzles. Available when ordered, payment taken and still not delivered after almost a month (15042020). I'm not even talking about the 20 euros for Exapac delivery. Taken in charge according to 1001 Puzzles on 7052020 but still not delivered. Packages received in 3 days with Exapac on other products.

Very long delivery. Paid same day but item shipped only 6 days later. Poor packaging, damaged box. And above all, no refund as stated in the return conditions. You only offer a credit note or an exchange. I do not recommend

I am very disappointed. I called several times and sent an email with no response. I wanted to contact them for my parcel which was sent back to the store to ask them for an additional address but it was impossible to get them on the phone.

I join the complaint about the delivery times. They do not answer and the customer service phone jumps you a speech in English and cuts off. Since day 6 they tell me in an email that the order has been shipped.

Sending the M706 commando model in a simple bubble envelope meant that the box was crushed and therefore damaged. Fortunately, the model was not damaged.

Claim to be an English company!!! Claim to be an English company but in fact its based abroad.. I cant stress enough how dodgy that is.. Also you can try ring the uk number but it never gets answer. Pitiful really. I can understand how they are only 3 star.. Stick to proper uk based hobby sellers, you wont go far wrong there.

I sent you a letter on April 20 without any response from you. Which is very annoying, and I bet I'm talking to a robot. You should be convincing your shareholders that it's the buyers who provide their dividends, and that they should be respected... I've asked you a number of questions that are crucial to shipping and receiving the parcel-(so you've got the money)... Cheers

There's so much to say that I don't even want to fight with this lack of consideration for customers (despite form messages and emails, no call back from them ...). There are other sites that are much better in terms of price, competence (there was no Revell 48 email paint, so I ended up with a 48 acrylic) and delivery times (an order dated April 24 was shipped on the 6th (12 days later!!) and arrived on the 11th. Nothing's good here

After your answer.... if I could put less than a star I would because who are we kidding ???? Small example since everything comes supposedly from your suppliers: on the Tamiya-shop the F4U Corsair Bird cage at 132 is sold 11999 euros and on your site it is at 22499........ almost twice the price and I would add that Tamiya I think does not sell at a loss!!! Which is why I firmly maintain that this is theft, pure and simple.

I placed an order on 04042020 today is 11052020 and I've only just received news of my order. I was surprised to be told that my item was no longer available, even though it was still in stock when I placed my order. I have also asked several times for explanations, to which there has been no response. I don't recommend this site, which has disappointed me, and I don't intend to return.

Requested order on April 28 with expected delivery date last week as of today (May 11) I do not know anything about my order. It was a gift for my son whose birthday is today. The store says they have shipped it but after contacting the carrier they tell me they have not received anything to ship. So this company does not tell the truth to their customers. Once paid, they ignore it. I have asked them for explanations and they reply that they have sent it and close the case. The numerous reviews on their website indicate that it is not just me. I will not buy again in this store and actively recommend not to do so to my acquaintances especially for the opacity and lack of communication on the problems they seem to have. This site makes no indication it is not based in the UK unless you come off their website to see it is actually French. I placed an order on the second of the month and have still not recieved it. I only purchased from this site as they had everything in stock at the time. Although it would have been easier to wait for the items on eModels to come back into stock as it would have arrived sooner anyway and most likely cheaper. Looks as though my review is not a one off a lot of people are having the same issue. I hope these reviews make them decide to change their site information to let us know they are not actually shipping from the UK when you place an order. I have now sent an email to see what can be done regarding the order and have asked for it to be cancelled if they cannot help. I get these are tough times however every other order I have placed has arrived within half the time. As far as im concerned this will be my last order from this site.

I am still waiting for a package for three weeks after having paid 1083€ of shipping costs and they do not give me a solution. It's up to you if you buy from this one

I am going to give 3 stars for the following reasons: - In mid-April I placed an order on the website they have a great catalog of many models at affordable prices. - All good in regards to payment report invoice etc. Knowing the situation that the world is going through in general for the CoVid19 I was patient and knew that the shipment would take a little longer to arrive and more having selected the Eco option (although they charge you 10€ shipping but good). -Now comes the problem when I asked for shipping information they replied that the item was not in stock with what I was very surprised because it had been 2 weeks and they told me that now it was not in stock (which would violate their own terms of sale where it specifies that if there is no stock of a product they must notify you within 48 hours). -Well, seeing this setback I asked for a refund because if there is no stock the logical thing to do is to cancel the order. I did not receive a reply. - But to my surprise today I receive the shipment (in perfect condition) later than ever. As a conclusion I understand that we are going through a difficult situation for companies and transports but as a customer opinion I think that the communication between buyer and seller should be improved and above all improve the logistics, why do they tell me that it is not in stock and 5 days later I suddenly receive my order? They could have warned me about it and saved me the worry of not knowing if I would receive my product or the money in case of refund. PS: The 1350 scale model ship is very successful and I will be able to enjoy it.

Totally disapointed. 24 .o4 order for some decals. Delivery expected 05.05. After me sending a polite message on May the 5th asking about my delivery time update the answer was quite rude saying I will have a refund. No atempts to solve my order. No excuses. I can see the product on the web page still aviable and aparentlly I can do another order. Never again! I hope they will refund. Dont use this company! The public relation stinks.

Very bad with the excuse of Covid-19 They never shipped the goods!!! They assign the tracking number and then the package disappears it never turns out to have been delivered to the French post office. After more than in month of email exchange they do nothing and only find excuses not to refund the payment made on March 31. The order specified delivery in 7 days. Only excuses I received goods from Poland Italy etc etc without any problem!! do not recommend it is to be avoided!! added note 12052020 is almost in month and a half that you find excuses or make the refund now or complaint in the next two days. I have invited you many times to proceed with the refund but you do not want to know. I have already contacted the postal police to go directly to file a complaint. so I advise you to hurry thank you but patience is over in a piece

The delivery service is pitiful. I placed an order on April 27 on the page said that if I did it before 12 noon that day the order would reach me in the afternoon we are on May 8 and the order still does not appear. I understand the situation we are in but if they can not fulfill what it says on their website they should not put it. The order is for an urgent job that I had to do and they have already denied me for the delay. I will never order from this site again. In addition, the tracking of the shipment is null. The communication with the site is indifferent because they do not pay any attention to you.
