Were stalled for over 3 weeksthen it was said the package has disappearedon the phone the employee promised us she would take care of it immediately and would call back but she never did! But miracles happen again and again especially at Christmas time today on December 27, 2019! the package arrived! Nevertheless never again!

Robery... Ok, they have an amazing selection of paints and other things. But the shipping was $15! I added some other stuff to the cart, and then looked at the total cost. The shipping FREAKING WENT UP TO 22$. THIS IS FREAKING ROBBERY. There should be a deal where if you spend over $30 the shipping goes down. My subtotal was $40, but the with shipping it was $62. I was so mad that I didn't even purchase my items, and I still won't until I get a reasonable answer on why the shipping is so expensive.

The product itself is flawless and the delivery (time) was great. But it can't be that a puzzle is delivered in such an oversized package! About environmentally friendly etc. This made us very angry!

Delay too long and packaging perfectibl

I bought a gift on November 27, 2019. It is now December 25 and I still haven't heard anything about it. The only response from 1001maquetas is that they do not know where the package is and that they will tell me something. I have been left without Christmas gift

I ordered a model on December 6 for a Christmas present. Today is the 25th and it has never arrived at the worldwide relay point. I contacted 1001 maquettes and even though the people were very nice, no one was able to tell me where my package was. The Mondial Relay point has been closed for 1 month and I'm still waiting for an answer.

sorry for this counter-opinion, but the advertised prices are more than excessive! I found the P38 model by tamiya in the shops at 6900 euro, offered here at 13900...., so it's not at all competitive.

Ordered on December 8 for Christmas. With several items, including 1 that was supposed to be available within 3 to 5 days, the order left very late and will not be delivered for Christmas! Result: 0 gift for my son at the foot of the stairs.

I already know what you're going to say"" product delays long"" ""you chose mondial relay it takes more temp"" etc... So yes, but the long""" delivery time was 7 to 9 working days. If you count 5 working days per week, that's two weeks at the most. However, the parcel was delivered to Mondial Relay on 1612. We're well beyond that. Honestly, you do a decent job, the parcels are well packed, the rates are decent, and there's always someone on the end of the phone if you have a problem. But if you don't get a better handle on your supply chain for certain products, you're going to have to do something about it. Almost 1 month for delivery is a long time. Understand that other, more reliable and faster circuits exist, even if they are a little more expensive. If you can't keep up, you might as well stop offering these products, as the inevitably negative feedback will damage your image. What's the point? Very cordial

I'm still fighting for a refund for a package that wasn't delivered. Staff have been inconsistent with their ""solutions"". I have had to chase this all the way, nobody has ever bothered to update me without me chasing them. Their ""live"" chat which is supposed to be available Monday to Friday in business hours is normally unavailable Can not recommend them Now I've received an entirely useless reply that I can't have my refund until they've finished their investigation. Zeggen ze dat mijn bestelling deze week tussen maandag en woensdag met de post geleverd wordt. De post is zojuist geweest en nog steeds zat het pakket er niet bij ook al heeft een Engelstalige man me verzekerd dat woensdag de bestelling er zeker zou zijn. Ik heb vandaag al meerdere malen proberen te bellen maar er neemt nooit iemand op! Deze leverancier is niet betrouwbaar! Jammer dat ik al betaald heb. Ik hoop alsnog voor vrijdag mijn pakket te hebben!

Na enige vertraging vanwege stakingen bij de Franse post mijn bestelling toch snel gearriveerd en het ziet er piekfijn uit.

I was wrongly annoyed when I didn't receive my order for an airplane model that was in stock. I have just received the model and am very pleased with it. However, the delivery was slow, probably because the package had to be delivered to Belgium. I will order again without hesitation in case of need. Best regards

Unhelpful response I'm into week 2 of chasing this company for a refund for items which have been lost in shipping. The items are Christmas presents which I need to have in 2 days time to give to people. Very unhelpful service - just tell me I have to wait for the investigation with Hermes which 10 days in has produced a zero result. I would NOT recommend ordering from them.

Fifteen days to have two models in stock plus 4 to 6 days for delivery. As a result, my son may not get a Christmas present. I should have gone to a real retailer.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!! I purchased an item from them on 1011 that was marked ""shipping in 12-14 business days"". After 3 weeks I contact them via chat and it is explained to me that they had problems with their supplier. The same excuse was repeated every time I tried to contact them again to find out where my order stood. Icing on the cake since a few days they have not even responded to emails anymore.
