Ordered two sets of 1/48 Corsair decals... Ordered two sets of 1/48 Corsair decals on two separate orders and each time I received 1/72 scale Corsair decals. Took absolutely too long to get my orders. I am done with this company. Order cautiously don't expect timely completion of your orders or the correct item to arrive

Very disappointed with the information requested. I needed help with colors and was told to get kits which I have done before. Basically, I was told to figure out what I needed. When you're just starting out and need advice, that's not cool. August 29, 2019: Following your response below you want me to answer what since you do not give me more information. What I wanted was for you to give us the colors corresponding to the model, just like when we buy a kit. But you didn't give me any corresponding colors and when I go on your site and on the product I ordered you have the corresponding tools and colors but now there are no more colors to indicate. I just wanted the colors for my layouts because with the colors I have I can't make certain layouts because they're missing a certain blue red ext ... So in the end, what's the point of sending you e-mails if you can't do it?

Your reply on Trust pilot today (since you do not reply to emails sent directly to you) corresponds to the order N 172249 of 08.08 and not N 172583 of 13.08 I have a copy of my emails (impossible to post them here) which indicate that I requested in due time the change of relay point while the package was being prepared by you (and this for 34 days ...) so you had plenty of time to make the change.

Hello I sent you 2 emails below when I was preparing the parcel so that the place of dispatch could be changed: no reply. What's more, it took Mondial Relay 3 or 4 days to take the parcel into account (whose fault is that??). More than 15 days to be delivered whereas it announces 2 to 5 days with my order the product was available and according to them it was out of stock no information during this time.

Rip off company Don't Use After ordering items that were all supposed to be in stock from a UK.co. webpage I discovered that they are in France??? They had 2 items an the 3rd was being imported from manufacturer. Obviously not stock and I could have purchased the item from Kyosho in japan cheaper than the price they sell . Then waiting for items supposed to be in stock for 2 weeks from France still waiting. DO NOT USE NOT UK MERCHANT . .CO.UK IS A LIE Wednesday refund still not paid

Products a bit expensive and slow in delivery

I visit this site I look at an article and hop it is in my basket and impossible to remove it ! ! Forced sale or bug? In any case, I don't order on a site that forces the basket without being able to delete it. So at the end of my visit, I have 8 items in my basket that I didn't put in! So good luck with this

The free shipping is excessively slow. I have an online store and the free shipping is 48 hours maximum.

Made in Chezc Republic that's the problem not user friendly extremely difficult to remove parts from plastic casting feeder lines. Leaving rough edges that need to be carefully cut down to fit. So far haven't found a cement that adheres to their type of plastic. After ship models and many aircraft models this is absolutely the worst i have ever incountered. trying to contact someone at 1001 for advice on 0490034 cement.

Figurine arrived safely. Shipping took a bit but it was worth the reduced/basically nonexistent customs fees. Very happy with my purchase would definitely recommend!

If you want to save yourself a lot of trouble and frustration, it's better not to order here!!!!! And don't be fooled by the German presentation. This is a French company. Unable to set the average (2.5), I opted for the low option... Despite a well-stocked catalog, my first two orders took too long to process for my liking: almost 15 days between order and receipt, with: products indicated as being in stock when in fact they weren't; very long reaction times for order tracking information; slightly expensive delivery to a relay point; a surprisingly long delivery time; no contact form on the site and no reply to messages sent by mail....; despite everything, the products were received and were exactly as ordered. By way of comparison, when I didn't see my second order arrive, I placed an order on a competitor's site: same products delivered to my home within two days of placing the order, and with the same costs.

Ordered only 4 small items including a TX antenna for an old radio. I received the envelope with the correct delivery note, but only 3 items, the antenna not included (they can't count to 4?). No solution by phone, I had to send an e-mail and fill in ""Attestation sur l'honneur de réception de commande manquant"". The antenna had to be registered (resulting in a delay of 9 or 10 days), so where was the antenna that should have been in the e-mail?

I reserve my very bad opinion since I am not allowed to express myself in the terms I wanted to express.
