After 21 days still not received my package. After contacting customer service by e-mail to hear from them, I got a fairly quick response, which is good, but I don't give a damn about your order"" grandiose. The only thing they know how to tell us is ""you can't go faster than the music, you have to wait"". It's really great, bravo to you, very professional. I'm embarrassed because I feel obliged to give it a bad mark. However, I have nothing to reproach 1001 maquettes for, but rather the transport. Indeed, the package arrived extremely damaged (the model box is even torn). Fortunately, no part is missing and nothing seems broken or missing.

They are the worst!!! I place an order and pay for urgent shipping which I see that weeks go by and it does not arrive. They tell me that they do not have a product in stock and the urgent is once it arrives at the warehouse in Spain and they process it. Days go by and they tell me that a product that on their website said available is no longer in stock so they send me the rest of the products and give me a voucher for the next purchase for the product they do not have in stock. The surrealistic part of the whole case is that while I was traveling, I received an email confirming that the order had been delivered to the address mentioned above. It turns out that the package was not delivered and when I ask them for proof of delivery they give me a generic paper from Colissimo where it says that it was delivered. I ask them for the receipt with the signature of receipt of goods and they say that this option is not available for Spain. In short, I have paid 70€ for 3 toys and I have not received anything at all and they tell me to contact the local courier? It's a robbery?this is what these people do? in my life something like this has never happened to me?

1 month's delay in placing an order, 5 to 8 euros in shipping costs for a set of decals sent by non-tracked mail, and a tax for using Paypal - that's all there is to it.....1001 maquettes are finished for me, and I'm an old customer.lots of references, of course, but most of them aren't in stock, and they're 15% more expensive than their competitors.

I have placed several orders and it takes a very long time to receive them. The description of the item is sometimes incorrect, as is the time taken to receive it. The quality/price ratio is not always respected: lack of finish and detail on some items that I bought for a rather high price. On the other hand, there's a vast choice of models, which are becoming increasingly difficult to find in our stores.

Zero Star If I could give zero stars, I would! I purchased a figure on 9/21, 10 days later they contacted me and told me the figure I ordered was not at the right price so they had to cancel my order. So basically they're telling me I have to repurchase the figure at a much higher price ($257 more in this case) after I already paid for that figure, that is ridiculous. And thanks for making me waited 10 days for the ""good"" news. Note: Everything is overpriced on their site. I suggest everyone stay away, you can find much cheaper price and much better service elsewhere!

Really pitiful! For ten days I've been waiting for my order, which is still listed as being""in preparation"". Despite a phone call from me, nothing is happening. I must point out that the product ordered was available! I strongly advise against this site and in any case I will never again go through 1001 Maquettes or 1001 Hobbies (whatever the name) for my next orders.

Hello dear 1001 modellbau team, I visited your website because I would like to buy various model ships. your selection is large but the structure of your pages is a disaster for model builders who are looking specifically. Neither a classification of the different categories nor a possibility to click on a scale are available.Especially scale information is one of the most important criteria for model builders.After ten pages where the models were shown wildly mixed up I gave up the search frustrated and had no interest to call up the remaining fifty pages.Something like that is annoying and time-consuming.This should only be an incentive how to do it better.Wish the 1001 Modellbau team continued success and a nice day. Product shows as in stock Product shows as in stock, I place an order, pay a pound or two more than the site shows (I put that down to sloppy exchange rate conversions) then 19 days later, with several emails telling me they are waiting for stock, I get an email saying that it is in stock but they will dispatch it as soon as it's in stock. The emails say not to reply to the email but to use the site which then gives the exact same email address or use their chat which coincidently says it's not available a couple of minutes after I sent a complaint
