Hello I ordered 3 sheets of decals on 11062019 on the history of my order is my colissimo dated at 11062019 with items checked 'COMPLETE' June 13 seeing that my order is not sent I contact you by phone and the surprise I am told that the products ordered were not in stock on 11062019 although they were in stock on the date of my order!!! I should in principle receive it from 21062019 I find the delay very long for an order of 3 plates of decals! I'm part of a model club and I'm the first to order from your site. What's more, I tried to leave a review on your site after several unsuccessful attempts. I contacted your store again to report the problem, and one of your advisers couldn't understand why it wasn't working. I tried again several times but to no avail, but your lead time for an order of 3 miserable decal sheets is too long! From now on I'll refer to other order sites, sorry. Cordia

I still haven't received my parcel purchase made on 1006 confirmation of sending the parcel on 1806 according to the estimate I was supposed to receive my parcel on 1906 to date I'm still waiting for it

I received my ordered vehicle quite quickly but to my regret, once I had unpacked it to put it in the window, I regretted the doubt I had when I sent the vehicle in its packaging to find that the front windscreen was damaged. I find this regrettable, especially for the price of the vehicle, and it's a shame that there isn't a minimum visual check on the shipment before it's dispatched. I'm going to hesitate twice before placing another order. It's a shame because I'd spotted about ten vehicles that I needed, but I'm going to look on another site because I was disappointed with my order.

I am very disappointed because a tube of glue arrived open and has glued the order form and all the paints and I have no response from 1001maquettes I hope you will do what is necessary to send me back a tube of glue I have a photo of the order form at your disposal to

If you don�t mind the slightly longer delivery time as it�s coming from abroad then this is the ideal company. Huge choice of items in my case enamel paints at a better price than I could find anywhere else. Happy all round thanks.

Delivery too slow

To date I still have not received my order or notice of its delivery I therefore find it premature to give an opinion on your company.

Well-prepared packaging for shipment. However, the packaging for the plane had already been opened (i.e. sent to someone's home) and very badly resealed. Inside there was some broken polystyrene (I don't think you check your returns!) and, of course, parts that hadn't been put in their slots. Finally, the glue tubes were unusable, so I had to buy new ones. In fact, when I buy something new, I'd like to have something new, not an art object.

I'm not looking forward to cutting out and fitting the pieces without registration points. For the price this is a little bit ridiculous. Everything was good except for shipping. I paid for Express shipping but it was sent via regular slow mail. Still I have to give them credit for admitting the mistake and refunding difference in shipping. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

The positive side of your site is that you offer brands that some of your competitors don't. The negative side is that the prices are much too high.

Delays worthy of the middle ages. The products are advertised as being in stock....but ordered on May 31st and as of June 13th...still not delivered.

The question was whether it was enough as I needed it relatively quickly but that's not really the point any more... no confirmation of receipt...on request my parcel was made ready for dispatch before my order according to the time stated in the mail...I refused to accept the parcel on 15.5. and until today nothing has arrived at your address???? I also ship to Thailand USA these parcels are faster to the recipient ?? Delivery from China 7 DAYS As I said to everyone FINGER away...... I will probably never see my money again!

An employee breaks a bottle and cancels my order! No one to warn me of this.... I received ten glass bottles of paint all unprotected in a thin bubble envelope! Some kind of miracle that they arrived whole. The whole thing lacks seriousness. In the face of the competition, you have a lot of work to do. However, I remain your customer, confident that you will remedy these problems. Don't throw the baby out with the bathwater.

delivery times abit slow but otherwise excellent

If there were minus stars, this would be the case here. First of all, the site is misleading and totally overpriced. Order placed on 3.5. only arrived on the 15th. Paid with Sofortüberweisung of course. Since I needed the model relatively quickly, I ordered it several days later at a much lower price elsewhere (ordered on the 1st day, arrived the next). I then wrote an email to the German email address and received a reply from a French address. On 15.5 I refused to accept the parcel. Strangely enough, the return has apparently not yet arrived at Modellbau as of 8.6. Constant emails about refunds which are not made as the kit has NOT been returned??? Packages from China Thailand USA were faster.....hmmmm Probably I will not get my money as it looks very unfortunate. FINGER WEG I have never written a review but from 1001 Modellbau I can only ADVISE everyone!!!!!!

The grade is low for the absurdity of the site really nerve-wracking in the search for models accessories and paints. Non sense in Italian translation and search engine really unsuitable for an e-commerce store. The malfunction of the site is for me a reason not to buy from 1001models.

Still not received

Excessively long delivery time.

No news about my order. It was still being prepared. I had to call and everything was sorted out in a few days. Disappointed because they were gifts and didn't arrive on time. Not satisfied with order tracking either.

I had ordered a cutter with 5 spare blades and received a pair of cutting pliers...

10 days delivery time: other providers do this in 2-3 days

the preparation + delivery times need to be reviewed (order placed on May 10, delivery in a relay point (the weak point, you might say?) on May 21. I placed 2 similar orders in England and Check Republic on the same day, delivered in less than an hour.
