Models ordered on 20.5.2019 and payment made value 21.5.2019 and payment well received by 1001 maquette. However, the model must be ordered from the supplier (therefore not in stock) which is not mentioned on the 1001 maquettes website. Call dated 21.5. abruptly cut short by customer service !!!! Disastrous plastic quality! Unacceptable for a model of this price. Given that you're already very expensive compared to others, I don't think I'll be continuing with you. My previous order was given 5 working days and was delivered in over a month... Look for the mistake! Especially since 1001 maquettes doesn't wait more than a month to collect the order! Logically, the order should only be cashed when the order is sent.... others do it! An angry customer... jerk

Hello, unfortunately the delivered item differs greatly from the ordered item in terms of color and design.

The product I ordered was for a model 110 as indicated in my search engine. I did not expect to receive such a small body which in the end will not serve me at all.

The item did not fit my needs according to its dimensions as they are very small. They do not accept returns under any circumstances and do not comply with their return policy. Besides poor quality of materials and delays in delivery. I do not recommend buying their products at all.

Order placed on 17042019. Worried about the time spent on 25042019 I decided to contact the website chat. So you need to know that for example: 4 copies available does not mean that there are 4 copies in stock but rather 4 copies available from the 1001 Maquettes supplier. The delay in delivery (non-preparation of the order) is that a model is in restocking (whereas on the site it is available in 2 copies) approximately 2 days later the parcel is prepared and dispatched. No compensation, no discount, no coupon ... in short, no commercial gesture. I'm a bit disappointed by the confusing way the site is managed. We'll see how it goes ... Further to your reply to my review: I'm not going back on the shipping time. But as soon as you validate your order"". P51 model purchased. Fast delivery BUT it was indicated on this box that the paints were supplied which is false. 4 paints supplied 2 missing including the main one and 1 which does not correspond to the model. Result: I'll have to go and buy the paints before I can assemble the model.

No customer service - you're told you'll get a reply within a few days, but it never comes. I had to call several times to get a refund... in short, a very bad experience.

No paint

I have been waiting for my order since the 5th of this month and besides not knowing anything about it, I don't know if it will arrive.

The paint didn't match the model

Excessive shipping charges. Not clear that the shipment is made from France and therefore with an additional fee of Euro 397 (which adds up to 1194 shipping) in an amount of 24 euros. As for the goods all perfect.

I received a bubble envelope with all the products I ordered quickly, but the problem is that the Italeri brush was not sufficiently protected and therefore received broken. Too bad I don't think I'll be ordering from you again as the packaging is not up to standard.
