The whole purchase itself has been correct but 10€ shipping costs for a time of between 7-10 working days seems excessive both financially and in waiting times. If the shipping is free I think those times are acceptable but since you pay 10 € should be given a better service.

Good selection of products good prices. Only complaint was that delivery was a little bit slow but not a dealbreaker for me as long as I get the stuff I ordered and it is intact!

As much as I had nothing to say about my first order, for my second order I received a faulty product that I reported over a week ago... and still no response from the after-sales service. Update from 18072019 : I'm lowering the rating by one star because I followed their instructions given in response to this message and 10 days later... still nothing. Slow in delivery quite slow

total disappointment! I ordered an airline bag that I knew well because I already owned a similar bag that had outlived its usefulness. So I ordered a new one here because I couldn't find it anywhere else... But disappointment when I received the product ... it does not correspond at all to the product ordered ... I ordered a small shoulder bag similar in every way to the one I already have, based on the photos and description. Instead I received a travel bag the size of a cabin suitcase with a handle and not a shoulder strap. For""non-contractual photo"" is not indicated anywhere... so I don't have a bag to take on my flight in 4 days I'll have to settle for something else and pay an unexpected sum for it! It took 10 days for the order to be sent (and not 8 as stated on my order history, and even 8 days is a long time), then the delivery time in total took 21 days for the parcel to arrive, almost as long as Chinese sites. What's more, the free delivery conditions weren't clear.

I had to wait until day 7 June ( about 845 hours ) and receive a phone call from the local post office informing me that at their premises there was a very bulky package ( ???? ) and that I could go and retrieve it. My order was placed on June 11, 2019. Delivery was promised in 2 to 4 working days. I was therefore confident I would have it for Father's Day. To be sure I even paid a supplement to be delivered faster by Colissimo. Big disappointment because the product was finally delivered.

Hello I ordered 3 sheets of decals on 11062019 on the history of my order is my colissimo dated at 11062019 with items checked 'COMPLETE' June 13 seeing that my order is not sent I contact you by phone and the surprise I am told that the products ordered were not in stock on 11062019 although they were in stock on the date of my order!!! I received my ordered vehicle quite quickly but to my regret, once I had unpacked it to put it in the window, I regretted the doubt I had when I sent the vehicle in its packaging to find that the front windscreen was damaged. I find this regrettable, especially for the price of the vehicle, and it's a shame that there isn't a minimum visual check on the shipment before it's dispatched. I'm going to hesitate twice before placing another order. It's a shame because I'd spotted about ten vehicles that I needed, but I'm going to look on another site because I was disappointed with my order.

If you don�t mind the slightly longer delivery time as it�s coming from abroad then this is the ideal company. Huge choice of items in my case enamel paints at a better price than I could find anywhere else. Happy all round thanks.
