The delivery was fast and the products correctly packaged. On the other hand, I am rather (very) unhappy that despite several requests where I clearly specified for reasons of availability that I did not want the order to be sent immediately after receipt of my payment, it was sent without any delay! The risk was that I wouldn't be back from my trip in time to collect the parcel from the relay point. NB: Concerning the 3 products - all as described - one of them is incomplete with a part missing (FT-17 tank).

Very complicated order. Despite the purchase of three articles noted in stock deliverable within 4-5 days. I only received my items after 13 days, after having contacted the store and the carrier several times, with several different people involved and contradictory messages.

While the model was delivered in record time before the festive season, the same could not be said for the paints and cement glue. The bottle of Humbrol glue was dry, and some of the Heller paint was a little runny. However, 1001 Maquettes was very reactive and sent me back the glue very quickly. So well done and thank you for that. I hope that on the delivery side, controls have been put in place to check the quality of the package before they leave. I'd recommend a model from 1001 Maquettes but for the accessories

I placed an order for paint to be delivered in 24 hours and after 8 days the parcel was under-sold. Apparently it's a mess in this store, finally an order that may arrive unlike the previous ones: so I will never order again.

The website is not very interactive although there is a lot of variety of items like no other. The shipping took too long 12 days and that paying 17€ for postage and ur service.

I had to wait 1 month for the parcel to be sent to me with the rest of the order, and for the unavailable model, a credit note was sent to me without even giving me any other choice. What's more, a week later the product was available, so I went to order it. As the product was a little cheaper (on sale), I thought that would allow me to order it with postage, but postage is not included in the purchase voucher, so in addition to waiting, I had to pay the postage.

First order on this online merchant site and extremely disappointed, annoyed by the organization, the lack of professionalism and the poor customer service. It is noted on the site shipment within 24h. Order placed, no news after 24 hours. So I took the necessary steps myself to find out the status of the order and, as luck would have it, some products were already missing (they were in stock at the time of the order but I wasn't contacted to let them know!). 48 hours later and still nothing, after several reminders that led nowhere, I was assured that the order would be dispatched at the end of the day. What's more, they had a software problem (that's what they tell me) because I received 3 emails telling me that the products in stock are available again. Please check these emails again - it's a problem with the computer server. In short, after 3 lost days, no products were delivered, and what's more, they only reimburse on Wednesdays because their accountant only manages their cash flow on that day. It's really not serious or professional, especially when they dare to tell me that my order is being shipped. It's taking customers for fools.... A LACK OF RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER. Finally, they charge exorbitant shipping costs of over 9 euros for a few pots of paint, whereas elsewhere for this price you can get Chronopost delivered the next day. The size of the 132 figurines is perfectly suited to children's play. It's a pity that the figurines are only one color, and the same as those on the opposing sides. The purchase of December 13 has arrived on January 11 when they promised 10 days at most. I added items so that the shipping costs were free which was my surprise when once I made the purchase I saw that this was the option peoe and no tracking number so all this time I have not been able to know anything about my order. After receiving the package, I noticed that the glue pot inside was broken and therefore unusable.

Physical parcel arrived very quickly and corresponded to my request. However, there was a problem with the 2 50-euro gift cards purchased, which were not activated after 3 weeks despite contact with the service department.

The order after a month has not arrived. According to what I ordered they had it in stock. The after sales customer service was null. I have not received anything but I will never buy from them again.

I ordered on December 17 a Diesel locomotive series 10700 it was supposed to be a Christmas present on the site itself there was a note stating If the package was ordered before December 19 it would arrive by Christmas so I order right away I choose to pay 11 euro shipping instead of the free shipping just because I needed it to get to me on time at that point I receive on December 18 a notification of the tracking of the shipment and so far so ok only later I learn that the warehouse of this site is in France it was not specified anywhere not that it was a problem but I assumed that the package would not arrive even though they had advertised just this shipment before Christmas December 27 finally calls me the courier only after a few minutes the courier informs me that the package had ended up in Frosinone and not in the province of Siena where I live 600km from my home so already here I get upset because not only the delay of the shipment but they also totally wrong address I can assure you that it is a lifetime that I always order used THIS address and it has always arrived all on time in fact it immediately seemed strange that the courier did not know the route. I contact support several times trying to figure out where it had ended up they tell me they will let me know but it's been 4 days since I've heard anything from them moreover their courier in France doesn't give assistance for parcels outside their country I don't have an Italian shipping code and I don't know where it ended up. As of today January 3 the package still has not arrived both the assistance of 1001 modelllini and the courier is impossible to contact really bad at this point I am forced to ask for a refund. I am really regretful this is the first time something like this has happened to me.
