Hello. Despite an order placed on December 19 with products that were supposed to be in stock, my parcel has still not been delivered as of January 1. I live overseas and took advantage of a vacation in mainland France to order from this site. They sent me emails telling me that certain products were not available. Despite several reminders and information telling me that the package would be delivered to the post office, it still hasn't left the warehouse. Too bad for me, I'm going to have to have this parcel sent to my place of residence, and that's going to cost me a few more euros. I'm sorry to give you so few stars, but I'm disappointed that the documentation for building the models is written in English and does not correspond to your paintings.

The quality of the model, considering the price, is very average and requires a lot of adjustments with the help of putty. Overall, I'm disappointed by this model, which I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

This was my first order on this site. The order was placed well in advance of Christmas (1 month before) and the delivery time on the site was 5 to 7 days for the boats chosen. They finally arrived, but I had to call twice (one boat didn't arrive, the other didn't conform, so I had to change refs) to get them in time just before Christmas. What would have happened if I hadn't phoned? I don't know what would have happened. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the people who helped me with my calls.
