Order #126366 (XB-70A Paint Masks & Metal Landing Gear) I recently purchased a set of paint masks and metal landing gear for my 1:727 scale AMT/Ertl and Italeri XB-70A model kit. The items were paid through eBay and I got a confirmation email, but I noticed that the shipping address was incomplete. I sent you a email correcting the address. Next I got an email from eBay stating that the items were shipped. Next I got an email from you that my order (126366) was out of stock. How can you say an order has been shipped, then turn around and say the order was out of stock and I could either be notified when the items would be available or, I could opt for a credit in the amount paid through eBay. This is nonsense and unacceptable as I am in the process of building the XB-70A now. At this point I just want a refund. I had to order a set of masks and landing gear from another company. I am very disappinted in your service. Respectfully, Phillip Hoglund

1001modelkits has a reasonable selection but what impressed me most was the quick and efficient delivery of my order. In less than a week after ordering my order was delivered - impressive taking into account that I'm located on the other side (Canada) of the pond! And the quality of the products 100% in accordance with how it was advertised.

The announced shipping times were not adhered to and the shipment of the goods notified by email actually only took place three days later. There was nothing wrong with the items delivered.

I couldn't start the first step because the glue supplied is dry and therefore impossible to use, so I had to buy new glue. Unacceptable moreover it seeks to make me avoid registering a review because this one is negative rather than to contact me the product which you sell is registered all included/understood of which the adhesive but that which was in my parcel is unusable then to repair your faults rather than seeking to censure me

The material delivered is incomplete and incorrect

Although 1001 maquettes has made a good recovery (almost daily order tracking after expressing strong dissatisfaction), this score reflects their inability to offer customers the real picture of their stock... And I'm not the only one to denounce this state of affairs. The money is cashed and you can wait several weeks for the stock to be updated... This is their downside. Another complaint (in comparison with a competitor's site) is their pricing... much higher than the competition's... To be reviewed To be aligned if we want to stay in the competition. Thanks Eric

Two slightly difficult experiences with a happy ending: my orders were for items stocked by 1001 maquettes suppliers and which were out of stock. After exchanging messages with Hugo and a phone call with the same friendly Hugo, my orders were delivered. All in all, very satisfied with the products purchased and the handling of the incident. Correct delivery, perfect packaging. I still have full confidence in 1001 maquettes, which will no doubt be firmer with suppliers where a party is bound by a contract.

there was no paint in the boxbut after reclaiming it i had a hard time getting itthey sent me 5 out of 7 so i don't have all the colors great for making the model.

order placed on 10.02.18 and still not shipped but my credit card was debited within 48h I think it my vaccine e.commerce request for order cancellation to this day

Delivery of a non-ordered model in place of the ordered one, with the same price.

- On 1301 I placed an order with 2 items + 8 paints. 1st problem: one of the 2 items was unavailable and I had to contact the after-sales service to find out! By the way, it's not easy to find an e-mail address for complaints on the site (a phone number yes, an e-mail address no). - So on 1002 I received a partial parcel with 1 item + 8 paintings. 2nd problem: the item in the parcel wasn't the one I'd ordered! So I had to contact the after-sales service again to send back the wrong item. - On 1501 I received the parcel with the item that was unavailable. No problem. - So today (1802) I'm still waiting for the parcel with the right item. Summary: for a single order 3 parcels with a return, all spread over at least 6 weeks. I would find it hard to recommend your site, even if the after-sales people are reactive.

Although they have a variety of products they are more expensive than in other places(I have seen kits for 20 € that in other places the same is worth 9 €) and with the price of transport even more.besides the time that passes between ordering and arriving is excessive considering the proximity.I have ordered models in more distant places and they have taken less (USA).little rec

I ordered 4 very small pots of paint for models (14ml per pot) for a total of 7 euros shipping costs ? 7 euros also unbelievable.

Good selection of products and a nice alternative decal scheme made possible for my Beaver floatplane project. Delivery took a while longer than I expected but would be happy to use this company again.

slechte communicatie, trage levering Twee weken geleden mij bestelling geplaatst, alles zou binnen 24 uur verzonden worden volgens de website maar is pas na 11 dagen thuis bezorgd. Verzending zou een week na bestellen al zijn verstuurd, achteraf blijkt dat ze vanuit Frankrijk verzenden en dat duurt ongeveer een week voor t in Nederland is. Na een week navraag gedaan over de status maar dan wordt een standaard antwoord verstuurd wat neerkomt op geduld hebben.
