Lack of communication due to stock shortage. 15 days for an order is a long time

For 15 days I'm still waiting for my order !!! At least 10 reminders and no response!!!! I would never recommend 1001 maquette

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. I never got my tracking number, the “customer service” line was a joke. High shipping costs, and slow shipping. Archaic website, and terrible experience. Save yourself time, money and frustration and stay away from these crooks.

As of today I have not received my order nor do I have any news of when I will receive it. I received an email on December 1st telling me that the order was being delivered. Today is the 9th and I have not received my order.

For my first order, I'm satisfied with the equipment I bought. The only complaint I have is that you deliver within 24 hours, but I waited 8 days and sent a complaint by e-mail. My second complaint is that the labels on your products are all in Japanese, so there's no explanation of how to use them. Lastly, you practically force me to place a €59 order to benefit from free delivery. Why not offer a small package price, for example: paint brushes. So three points for improvement, but I

Very long shipping time (more than 3 weeks) with no information about the reason (missing product) and no alternative proposed... Refund in the form of a credit note, but not including shipping costs for a new order... Several messages informing of product availability, but a site that refuses orders for a product considered to be out of stock... An efficient hotline that did its utmost to find a solution to this problem.

Delivery times far too long

I am a new customer and this was my 1st order. As for satisfaction, well, I'm disappointed with the time taken between my order and the preparation of the parcel: 6 working days. Order placed on the morning of 1011 (01:00 am) and preparation and dispatch of the parcel on 1711. (I'm not counting Saturdays because I don't know if you work on Saturdays. If not, one more day) Worried on the morning of 17 I sent a better to ask if there was a particular concern ... and as luck would have it the same evening the package was sent. I have a request that customer service has not answered = Can you inform the customer by email when there is a supply problem with an item? I have read other comments and I see that the problem of speed in processing orders is recurrent. Côte positif' I will recommend your site because the choice is varied and of good quality, hoping that the shipping service will be more reactive. It's better to receive items before a birthday ....

The contacts, the orders and the help have been very satisfactory. The delivery system leaves something to be desired. I had to travel 30 kms to pick up my order at the relay point. Best regards Pau

Supply lead times too long...when the product is not in stock, the customer has no information and waits for his order. I don't think it's up to the customer to follow up, but up to you 1001 Maquettes to keep him informed of new deliveries.

Purchased on 10/16/17 Super Mario Bros. Puzzle Ground Pound Available delivery 2-4days. Called 1 week around Delivery within a week sorry. Bad German French accent.2 weeks around called delivery within a week sorry. so it went on for 6 weeks. Parcel came from France via the Netherlands. I only received false tracking numbers and none for DHL. The same gentleman with the French accent was always difficult to understand, not least because of his loudness. alternative numbers or employees were not available. He was quiet and relatively friendly but not much help. Constantly saying ""delivery will definitely come within a week"" in the hope that it will be right at some point doesn't help. luckily we had bought other birthday presents elsewhere. Even the Chinese would have been quicker and for half the money. Juice store never again!!!!!

Fast order placement but delivery a bit long!

Large and extensive range but unfortunately.... I had to wait almost a month for a letter (1 decal sheet). What's more, it didn't come in the form of a letter but in a parcel which I also had to collect from the post office. I have already mentioned the long delivery times several times. Regardless, this criticism is ignored. The delivery service is simply unprofessional.

I believe most customers would pay an extra fee for some trackable shipping service that would hopefully avoid these types of situations.
