I will never order from this place ... I will never order from this place again!!!

Delivery 7 days after order whereas on the order site it said within 48 hours.

It's been 3 months since I gave my opinion to explain that it's been a year since I placed my order and I still haven't received anything. They replied that they would refund me as soon as possible and still nothing after sending 2 emails with no reply. As I had already said, don't buy from them anymore, too expensive and no respect for the customer. So when can I expect my refund (10751 euros) in 1 year's time?

1001 maquettes debited €3018 from my Visa card on 02 October and I've been waiting for delivery for nearly 20 days. Every 2 to 3 days I receive S M S from mondial relay telling me that the delivery point is unavailable. This company doesn't even deserve a star. I'm going to ask for the

It left me with no confidence that the order would ever be shipped. On value for money I felt that I have been ripped off on price as your selling price was£55 whereas Welsh Models who supplied the kit sell it for £39.27 which is 40% more which is why I am saying I was ripped off by 1001 Maquettes. I would not use this company again. In future I will buy direct from Welsh Models.

Hello I have already sent it. It would be good if the availability of the items mentioned on the 1001 maquettes website could be checked periodically. This would avoid orders being placed without the item(s) concerned being returned within an acceptable timeframe. Cordia

product poorly advertised merchandise does not correspond to what was offered

I have been waiting 6 months for the wings of my Fieseler Storch 285 Meter. There has been no reply to the e-mails sent to date. A lawsuit is being handled by my company lawyer in Germany. It looks like a lawsuit in Germany is without much success. You have to sue in France where the sender of the parcel is at home. In Germany, there is only the Internet site. Nobody answered the phone after several attempts. The orders are redirected to France. The e-mails too. The e-mail address is on the page with (.fr. Is France !!!!) I would only pay with Paypal.

Delivery took a very long time (more than 2 weeks) Communication and notifications were also very sparse, but everything arrived complete and correct.

Incomplete address so I had to call the delivery man to get my parcel. I find this unacceptable and will no longer order from this site.

The fuselage of the A330-200 I ordered has the dimensions of an A330-300! so it has the decor of a -200 with the size of a -300.

The frustration with my Fieseler Storch 285Meter continues. Since I only received the fuselage and no wings. Now they want to send me a package that weighs 32kg. But the whole plane only weighs exactly 81 kg !!! Why the wing weighs 32 kg is inexplicable to me. They put stones in the package. Now they are asking me to pay an additional 100€ to send a 7kg package. I ordered on August 1st and paid correctly. Only the fuselage box was delivered. The wings are still missing today. I have written over 10 e-mails. The plane has cost me 710€ to date. Now another 100€ plus delivery in Switzerland. The excuse of an error in the logistics center is a joke. I will probably have to order the wings from the manufacturer in Vietnam. The color of the wing (yellow) is not available in Switzerland. As of today, 23.10.2017, I still don't have the missing parts in my house. The reply says in a few days ...even after 3 months I still haven't received a wing, tail unit and rudder. Der Frust mit meinem Fieseler Storch 285Meter geht weiter. Da ich ja nur den Rumpf erhalten habve und keine Flügel. Jetzt wollen die mir ein Packet senden Das 32kg wiegt. Der ganze Flieger wiegt aber nur genau 81Kg!! wiso der Flügel 32 kg wiegt ist mir unerklärlich. Da haben die Steine ins Packet gelegt. Nun verlangen sie von mir um ein ca. 7kg Packet zu senden 100€ zusätzlich. Ich habe am 1. August bestellt und korrekt bezahlt. Geliefert wurde nur die fuselage Box. Die Flügel fehlen bis heute. Über 10 E-Mail geschrieben. Der Flieger hat mich bis heute 710€ gekostet. Nun kommen noch 100€ dazu plus Zustellung in der Schweiz. Die Ausrede vom Fehler im Logistik Zentrum ist ein Witz. Die Flügel muss ich wahrscheinlich beim Hersteller in Vietnam bestellen. Die Farbe vom Flügel (gelb) gibt es in der Schweiz nicht. Leider ist immer noch kein Flügel und Leitwerk und Seitensteuer bei mir trotz versprechen eingetroffen. Ich warte schon 4

I'm not here to break 1001 maquettes but I've had bad luck with my order and I'm still waiting to receive it so for a first order it's not easy normally delivered in 48h max 20 euro delivery it's been more than 1 week that I've been waiting.

Gift-wrapped!!! To be desired Packaging of the model damaged and dusty. I understand that with my 20 € purchase I'm not one of the super customers... But that's really making fun of me.

My paints and thinners were ordered as requested and delivered to the relay point on time. The only drawback was that the thinner jars in the delivery bag were poorly sealed (caps not screwed on all the way) and one of the jars leaked into the bag. Otherwise, there's nothing to say, it's very good, we just need to improve the choice of paint shades, some references are not always available. Thank you

Glue fell apart on opening..paints and brushes v good packing was excellent... Id have to be persuaded they sorted their customer services to buy again. 1001 MAQUETTES has a large selection of models in stock at fair prices, and lots of great special offers. Orders are processed very quickly. If you order by COLISSIMO, it's fast, but they have no respect for parcels and every time it's a mess! I've seen a deliveryman crush a parcel to make it fit into the letterbox.

Well, I am still waiting for them to send me a product that I ordered 5 days ago and that they advertise on their website as 24 hour delivery. If you need it for something urgent I do not recommend the product I do not know what is its quality since I have not received it yet not even the tracking number of the parcel.

I have been waiting 14 days for my order ref. 111147 and they said the delivery time was between 4 and 6 days. Nobody informs me of anything and I have sent 6 mails constantly complaining. They have a horrible customer service. I have called several times to the phone number provided on the website and no one answers. It is the first and last time I buy here. If tomorrow I have not received the product or any information about it, I am going to denounce them.
