Fairly average service. Only take products that are in stock, otherwise you will be systematically billed for shipping costs if you accept shipment in several instalments.

hallelujah!!!..my parcel arrived on 2305...although we had agreed on 1005 by e-mail to send this parcel...13 days is not a bad delivery time. As for the caravel models, I received two straight hulls of the Santa Maria, and the Nina was not packaged, so I don't know if anything is missing. I received an e-mail from mondial relai telling me that my order had been delivered to the relay point, so I went to pick it up but no luck, it wasn't there. The experience has been NEGATIVE. They lost the package and I had to claim it several times. No one answered my email. When they finally answer and tell me that they will send it to me again, they send you a lot of automatic emails that are useless. Total: Almost a month to receive it.
