Incomplete package. I am missing 2 items and it is impossible to reach customer service. They told me that these items are now unavailable, and that they might be able to get 1 out of 2, and that in order to have them, I had to call them back in 15 days. The announced deadline was one week for shipping, but it took an additional 10 days. I contacted customer service to cancel part of the order due to the delay. No follow-up from them. The package was therefore sent late without any communication.

Chronopost delivery 24h for delivery Saturday, September 6.......received on Wednesday, 10.... Paid for 24h delivery for.....120 h. Thank you 1001hobbies. Ah, does not respond to messages or phone calls...... "due to a high number of calls.....etc, etc". No wonder. The nephew did not receive his birthday gift on Sunday. Cool

Non-existent customer service that ignores your problems. Is the order taking a long time to ship? They reassure you that it will arrive sooner or later. Do you want to cancel the order because you've been waiting for months? They completely ignore you. I requested a refund because 2 of the 3 items I ordered months ago were never available, and they first ignore me and are vague, and then they ship the third one without my permission. If you shop with them, I suggest using Paypal so you can more easily get your money back.

Problems with Mondial Relay pickup points are not the seller's fault. But up to 2 times (and who knows even longer) the order was delayed due to a product on pre-order that is not coming in stock. Here and I have not received any form of proactive communication about it. At a certain point, my orders were partially shipped, also without notifying or consulting. There is something fundamentally wrong with the communication and customer orientation.
