Very happy with my purchasesbut very surprised to see the price go from 52 euros to 101 euros that's a lot at once!!!!!!!! Too bad.........

Fairly high prices compared with the competition, and delivery times too long. Otherwise wide choice of good quality products

I am very disappointed with my order. Because on the photo there are 3 mudguards while on the photo of the box that I received 1 mudguard for 3 twin essieus. And I had seen it on another site 2 x cheaper with 1 fender. But I wanted all 3, so I had to pay more than twice as much.

For Christmas I ordered a model that never arrived, nor did the promised refund. It smells like a scam! Absolutely avoid it!

I placed the order on the 30th I still do not have the model.... almost 20 euros shipping cost .... 15 days minimum to receive it.

I made a purchase on December 28th and paid expedited shipping no less than 1699 euros. On January 10 I have not received my order yet, on January 6 I filed a complaint with customer service and they have not even answered me. I don't think I will buy from them again even though I like the variety of products they offer.

5 pots of paint ordered, 5 received. However, there was a mistake and I received 2 identical ones... So I'm missing one

I placed an order for batteries in November 2016 .2 months later nothing and ONLY one reply to my emails telling me to wait.....Who are they kidding? I don't even know if I'll be reimbursed, because in my misfortune I trusted them and paid right away, and 1001 maquettes cashed in right away..... Avoid this merchant site which hides thieves since they cash in without honouring the order or informing you of the follow-up. I'm furious and unhappy because I was hoping for these batteries for the children.

I ordered an item on December 4th and paid via Pay Pal. On my request on Dec. 24th I got the note that the request would be forwarded to customer service - I am still waiting for the goods or a reaction or any feedback from customer service

Site very poorly managed in terms of stock and shipping twice I made an order with them on products supposedly in stock and each time one or more products were missing I know other site that are much more professional site to avoid if you do not find yourself with credit and shipping costs each order

I ordered on March 7, 2016 an item received on March 8, 2016. Nothing to say about the shipment with Mondial Relais. Nickel tracking. On the other hand, when I received the product (not immediately opened), I was surprised to find that the photo-cut-out part of the enhancement kit was missing. I sent an e-mail and was asked to send a photo. Which I didn't do, since a photo can be faked (by not photographing the missing part, for example ^^). I had a lot of trouble tracking the package because after opening an account with you I was told that I hadn't placed any orders every time I went to the "My orders" section, even though paypal had acknowledged receipt of my purchase and cashed the money. Impossible to contact you on the support phone and it was only after 2 emails that I heard from you - customer relations need to be improved. Otherwise the parcel arrived in good condition and in the right place.

When I placed my order, a figurine was supposedly offered, but I later realized that this figurine had been invoiced, despite a message sent to this effect. This figurine, which I had not ordered, was not removed, but was indeed invoiced.

A Wee Bit Disappointed I did receive my item when expectedbut was disappointed that my rather expensive items arrived bent with only a bubble mailer to ""protect"" them. Items were metal and flexible but are not meant to be sharply bent. A piece of cardboard in the envelope could have prevented all of that and not added much to the weight. Paid $20 for shipping to America and expected a bit more care for the price.

If I hadn't paid via PayPal, I would probably still be waiting for my shipment. Order dated 06.12.2016. No response to my emails either. Only after contacting PayPal did I receive a response. The shipment (letter) was delivered on 22.12.2016.

The tracking of orders is correct, the speed of response is also correct but on the other hand delivery times are relatively long.otherwise RAS good holiday season. Sincerely
