I now have to purchase a Supermarine Spitfire MK 9 model kit to obtain the model I thought I was purchasing. They need to make it very clear on the website that you will be paying of OVERPRICED bits of plastic.

Of the two orders I have placed on this site have been delayed at least one week longer than I had chosen with the shipping costs.

This is the first time I have used your services, they are competent but the shipping service is very slow and takes more days than stipulated.

3 weeks of delay in delivery and when I wanted to return the order (after 2 emails) I was told that it was no longer possible.

Hello I ordered a plane and I received decals but I probably misread the offer and conditions... I sent back an email as soon as I received my order to point out the error the confusion... I placed an order at the beginning of July and the parcel never arrived. After checking with the site at the end of August, they offered to cancel my order. And this day the 09-09-16 they announce me that refunding cannot be made since the parcel would have arrived the 20-07-16........ I advise you not to place order on this site. today 24-12-16 In spite of a registered letter to the manager no answer.

Decal order Not happy with the service.....after seeing and paying one price for decals, my invoice for billing showed a higher price of about $4.50 higher than should have been....They said orders will be shipped in about 6-8 days after receving. which was on Aug 17,...its now been over 2 weeks and my order says its still being processed...I have written them twice asking about my order and as of yet no reply..I understand it comes out of France, but there should be some connection here...Customer service is a 617 area code...so NOT HAPPY WITH SERVICE AT ALL!!!!!!

Delivery 13 DAYS from order to dispatch !!! No reply to e-mail contact

i have been waiting since august 26th for the delivery of the package and we are now on august 30th and no sign of life.

When items are out of stock, the site offers to let you know as soon as the restock arrives, but this is never done. The delivery time is far too long, and when you complain about it, you get the runaround. It's a shame we don't listen to our customers. You have good products, but the rest is up to you.

Slow Service Ordered 1 kit and it took 3 weeks to arrive. Email said not is stock, when said I wanted to cancel the kit was suddenly on its way to me. Will not be using again, when I can go elsewhere and get next day delivery.
