I ordered on 010316 order being processed the next day 020316 until then everything is normal 050316 I decide to leave a message on the order to have news I receive a message telling me that an item is out of stock (5 to 7 days as stipulated) so there no worries I wait until 110316 still no response! while normally the waiting time is between 5 and 7 days not ten days. I also decided on 1103 to retract my order (no reply even on my mailbox) on 1503 I receive a message on my mailbox telling me that my order is going to be shipped I reply to this message saying that I have made a retraction request but I'm told that it's too late! really disappointed I'll order my models elsewhere I hope that the refund will be made more "" delivery ""!

Spray paint ordered on Sunday and still nothing on Friday, even though it was sent to France. It's certainly not their fault but using colissimo these days is a heresy when you see their quality (if I may say so).

I am very unhappy with delivery time. I ordered a sheet of decals for an older 1:48 scale B-17 kit on 2/10/16. The kit was 90% complete but the kit decals were too old. On 2/18/16 I sent a message requesting status and saying that if the decal sheet was not in stock I would select a different one. On 2/19/16 I received an email saying it shipped and they would notify me of a tracking number. It is now 3/2/16 and I have not received a tracking number or the decals. This is not acceptable and I will know better in the future not to order from 1001 models.

I ordered several models from 1001 maquettes and they were all delivered in good condition, no problems there. However, there were two models for which I had a problem. One took two months to arrive after we had to send several emails to customer service to point out that it still hadn't arrived, even though we'd been charged. Same problem recently (order dated January 15) and still no delivery.

The package arrived in very bad condition and the assembly pieces all detached from where they were supposed to be!!!

I paid for an express service and after 48 hours the order is still not shipped. I have even contacted them and they do not respond. I have opened a dispute with Paypal to see if they now respond. I add after their response: I am not going to modify anything so that everything is reflected. Once I opened the dispute they have put the order as shipped. I paid a higher price for it to be urgent by DHL and with tracking number which they did not provide me and also sent by Correos. The site should be improved to refuse orders if out of stock, rather than letting customers pay, especially with the chronopost option, which means an emergency (birthday) to warn several days later that the item is out of stock.

Too much time elapses between the communication of ""Parcel shipped"" and the tracking number ( e.g.: shipping date 12022016 to today 17022016 I have not yet received the tracking no.). Sincerely

Badly signposted depot store, barely clean, waited 12 hours for someone to tell me the parcel wasn't there and found it 14 hours later.

Nothing to complain about in terms of products, packaging or communication. Everything is top-notch. But delivery times are far too long: at least 3 days before sending the goods, then a short week to receive everything, i.e. a total of more than 10 days for 3 small pots of paint.

Product reported to be in stock ordered on Feb 3 with the additional charge for expedited shipping as of today Feb 11 the order is still IN ELABORATION and their email response confirms this status. First and last purchase from 1001models.

first order a product is not in stock although it was available for purchase. compensation of a purchase voucher. second order with an equivalent product but which obliges to buy a model. The order is validated (after contact?). But the post office misdirected the parcel and I'm on hold. I hope this adventure ends well.

I received my order but my REVELL plasto tube was chewed up and damaged in transit, which is a shame as it would have been wedged or stuck to the wall of the car.
