Horible shipping I ordered 3 bottles of polystyrene cement, it arrived on time but it was packaged poorly and one of the bottles developed a leak and covered all the bottles in the cement. Now i'm down one bottle, not happy.

On the last order, a 10500 euro metal model plane, there were two miniature dents. You say they're insignificant because they're miniature, but on a silver 172 scale plane they're obvious. Correct packaging but shipping a little slow. A mail departure on Wednesday for an order placed on Saturday morning is a bit long. Especially when you make the effort to pay for a ground parcel.

not all products are available. For the same product, the price is often 2 times more expensive than on other sites. For the same delivery quality, e.g. silo parcel, the price is 25% more expensive. In short, too expensive. For an unavailable product, there is no refund but a credit note. On another site, the product was at the same price but without the credit note.

Horrible I have not received the order even in other stores in the network as hobbymdelismo are more professional because I put the same address and in this case if I arrived.

For the fact that the items were delivered from Paris to Saarbrücken, they arrived surprisingly quickly. The many emails documenting every little step of the processing were sometimes annoying. The packaging for the color tins consisted only of a large bubble envelope in which the tins had a lot of space. Fortunately, only one tin opened and the good quality of the envelope prevented a bigger mess. So there is still room for improvement.

False advertising, slow shipping, lack of communication on order status. I placed my order on May 23, 2015. It took them almost two weeks to let me know that one of my model kits was not in stock when on their website it showed available. It has been two weeks since then and I still have no order or any information on what the status of my order is. They have ignored numerous messages and phone calls concerning the status of my order. Bad customer service in my opinion, especially since I made a big order. This day and age taking a month to ""process"" an order is unacceptable. Taking a customer's money instantly and making them wait a month or more for their order to arrive is ""bad business"". Also the customer service telephone voice menu is in French not English and French. Not helpful to United States customers. They have a great website and seem to have a great selection of model kits. Lots of potential killed by bad customer service. Hopefully they will wake up and smell the coffee.(at least long enough to answer their phone) Another week has gone by and finally they have made contact with me.(Only because I posted a bad review in my opinion.) They claimed my order had issues in customs and that these issues had been resolved and my order would be shipped in another week. A week went by and I had heard nothing so I sent customer service an email about the status of my order. They claimed one of the items had been lost in shipment and of course it was no longer available. They did offer me another voucher for the price of the product. However a voucher is worthless if the company does not have the ability to process and ship a simple order. I have zero confidence right now that this company is competent enough to even handle another order. I want a full refund or I will take legal action against this ""scam"" of a company. Avoid this company. It is now almost July and I still have heard nothing about my order and have yet to receive any goods that I have ordered. Just a small piece of advice 1001 model kits: On a multiple item order if there is an item on someone's order that you do not have in stock (that you said you did have) send the items that you do have and don't hold THE ENTIRE order for weeks at a time. It would be faster for me to sail across the Atlantic and pick up the items from their warehouse in France! Pick up your phone! Communicate with your customers! Do not take their money unless you have rendered them a service.

They shipped me a 1/72 scale Fairey Swordfish instead of a 1/48 scale B-17G Flying Fortress. I assume that you guys will make the order correct but I need to know what to do with the extra model. Order placed on 280515 with confirmation of delivery between 0106 and 0306. As of date 1006 still nothing. Invoiced for Colissimo but sent by Colieco, which in terms of price and delivery time is not quite the same thing. As an indication, an order placed in the middle of the afternoon with an English site is dispatched the same day and received 3 days later at the most, with shipping costs that are hardly more expensive. Share my opinion honestly? I very often receive emails from your p""gain 10% this 10% that""...I'm not in the habit of systematically buying as soon as there's this kind of promotion. Compulsive buying... But the day I need equipment, there's no more promotion, just the basic price. What's worse? The very next day I receive a no""10% on your next order"" ! It's also fair to say that your prices are well above average. Well, as I never have any special offers, I compare.... Why not if you can get people to buy. And it works because I'm a customer. But it takes a long time to receive orders. Fifteen days to receive four pots of paint and a sheet of decals that you had in stock ... For the total price is far too long! If you ask me, I don't think I'll be a customer any more. Now I finally know that this review won't last long: I've hardly read it yet!

I bought three weeks ago. When the ten days were up (I have assumed they are business days) I sent them an email asking about my order. They replied with an email telling me to wait another week. I still don't have my order and they have asked me to rate my experience and no way.

On 03.01.2015 I placed an order on this site with PayPal payment. After 2 days they wrote to me: ""Your order is ready you can access the shipping tracking"". At the time I was surprised because the item had a delivery expectation of 10-12 business days. I thought it was a mistake so I waited a month without receiving the material before asking for clarification. They replied that they would do their best to ship the package as soon as possible (but wasn't it ready a month earlier?). After 2 months after the order and upon my request for explanation they informed me that the material was unfortunately not available that they were canceling the order and would credit my payment back. After 20 days of absolute silence I sent an email to solicit a refund but they did not respond. I waited another 15 days another reminder email but again no response. Another month passes and we are at 12.05.2015 another email from me and as usual they do not respond. As of today 03.06.2015 after 5 months after payment and almost 3 months after order cancellation they still have not refunded me. Finally also the hoax: on the site appears as available the item I had ordered. From what I have more above I leave to those who read me any assessment of the seriousness correctness and professionalism of those responsible for this site.

I placed an order for a material that was in stock according to the web, I made the payment, they confirmed the order and charged my card. And oh surprise a week after confirming the order and charging the card they tell me that they do not have the material. I do not think I will buy again in a store that first charges and then checks if they can fulfill the orders. I have been offered a lot of solutions that I expect to buy something else that they give me a voucher and ultimately a refund. Address Error, Ordered 4 got 2, and learned to only buy 1 item at a time! My first experience with the company was not the best. I ordered a figure i already had, but was broken as a test to see if I would even get it. They put my address on there wrong so I had a hard time getting it. For some reason the post office couldn't figure out that my apt# was just put first instead of where it should have gone. I managed to get it, but I had to do things I normally wouldn't have done if it were correct. I ordered 4 figures several months later. After 2 months of waiting I got several emails stating that several of them were unavailable. I got 3 vouchers so I expected to only receive 1 of them. To my surprise 2 of them showed up! I then ordered the missing ones separately and got the first almost immediately, and the second just shipped. I've gotten all that I plan to get from this company as I was only looking for those specific figures and this was the ONLY place to find them reasonably priced (they are discontinued now). It takes a long time for them to actually ship things and my suggestion to others purchasing from them is to purchase 1-2 items at a time only. Also, I was surprised that the vouchers did not cover shipping even though there was more than enough to cover it and my purchase. It should have covered the shipping too.

Sent wrong order. No response from customer service. I was sent an incorrect order and that incorrect order was also damaged. I contacted customer service two days ago and received no response. I am very disappointed with the transaction. I guess my next step will be to contact my credit card company and dispute the transaction.
