I didn't really know what to get but the filters and the indications on the items really helped me. I recommend this site, which has a good selection and attractive prices.

Products displayed as available, but less rapid delivery than a well-known Hong Kong supplier. So it's hard to understand the 30% difference in price (including delivery). Buying in France is all very well, but for what quality of service? Please note: the status of my order remained "validated" until I replied to my complaint e-mail, when it suddenly changed to "parcel in preparation". Too bad it was the theoretical day I should have received it.

Great assortment but for cost we are not there.... For example, Italeri colors (I speak of complete kits) are on average € 500 more expensive than the competition. The merit though is the assortment--at the competition you often have to wait!

I'm very disappointed and I'm still waiting for delivery of my order made on November 6. Today is November 22 and there's still no delivery. I find this deplorable! I've been waiting 15 days. What's more, my card was debited immediately! They could do a deferred debit when the parcel only leaves their premises. We're in the run-up to Christmas, so it's a good thing they don't sell anything.

The impropriety is due to the fact that if they cannot honor an order they do not return the money but create a ""voucher"" of equal value. My opinion is that this is unacceptable. The unreliability is due to 1) an item that appeared to be on hand but was not (see above) and 2) a series of emails stating an order was ready when it was not. Unavailable because they do not respond to messages on their own site and if they do they respond generically without having read the content. Conversely they also arrive 4 consecutive emails to all say that a product has been shipped. As an aggravation after the first order I had warned that they would be ""under observation"" at the next one (which I MUST have placed because they would not return my money) and they behaved exactly the same way. The two stars because in the end MUCH AFTER THE EXPECTED DATES but the items actually available arrived to me.

Hello I don't mind if you don't have all the references, but in this case your supplier is not performing well. The least you can do is let the customer know. This purchase was planned for a birthday on the 21st. I don't count on it anymore. I thought 9 days was enough (36 hours for English sites!). I was wrong. Hello, I have been waiting over 4 months for my money from a plane that was delivered to me damaged. Of course I sent it back within 2 days. At first I was told that the parcel was missing, but after two months they said yes, we will refund the money. I had to call in a lawyer because I was always put off. Please remember that French law is not the same as German law. MfG Please keep your hands off this store

1001 maquettes lives up to its name by offering a very wide choice of products in all fields, and it's rare not to find what you're looking for. however, prices are higher and processing times a little longer.

The website is impeccable and with a large stock but the prices are somewhat high. I placed a small test order for two pots of paint and as the shipping was expensive I included a small and cheap model. The shipment cost 850€ for a weight of 350 grams and it took 13 days to arrive. Although they should have given me a tracking code for the shipment I never received it nor did it appear in my account on their website. Expensive and slow I order things in China with cheaper shipping and it takes less time. Overall rating acceptable but the issue of shipping should be more

I ordered a book on 6.12. 2013!!!! that was available according to the online store by prepayment. After receiving payment on 12.12.2013, I was promised delivery within 6 to 9 days! The fact is that to this day (28.10.2014!!!! after more than 10 months) I have neither received my order nor my money has been transferred back (despite assurances of a return transfer and repeated sending of all data!!!!). Today I sent a final email with all the details to customer service. If I do not get my money back within the specified time, I will do the same as other ""reviewers"" and file a complaint and, if necessary, take further steps. If it had been possible I would not have given a star at all!!!! Hands off!!!!

Order placed on 2809. The 2910 3 mail announcing that I will receive the order under 6 to 12 days. On 0110 I receive an email indicating that 3 products are on order (so far so good). On 0310 I receive an e-mail indicating""We are waiting for a product which is currently being shipped by one of our suppliers"" with all the items ordered listed under""PRODUCTS IN STOCK"" and nothing under""PRODUCTS COMING SOON"". I hastily concluded that they had received everything. In the absence of an order, I call 0810 again. On 01010 I receive an answer indicating that the items that make up your order have been received at our warehouse. Your order will therefore be dispatched as soon as possible... Seeing nothing coming, I call 1410 again. Shortly afterwards I receive an email indicating that a product is missing... Knowing that on the 10th they said they had everything. Consequently I open a Paypal dispute. As if by a miracle, I received the following email on the following day Dear customer It appears that one of the products you ordered is unfortunately unavailable and we don't know when it will be available again: GUNZSB223 bottle 40 ml I'll have you prepare your order with the available products. As soon as the product is back in stock we will notify you by email. A coupon (V45127C13692P129186) has been generated for the amount of the unavailable product (3.99). After 1 month I finally have an almost complete delivery... In conclusion, thank you Paypal, but avoid 1001 maquettes because they have no respect for your privacy.

No information at the outset on the failure to meet the deadlines announced on the site. Announcing that a product is available when it isn't is bordering on misleading advertising... I am not happy 10 days for a package usually it takes max 4 to 5 days. The deliveryman put the parcel in the letterbox, normally I get home delivery. I didn't sign anything, if I were dishonest I'd say I didn't get a parcel. What's more, the delivery people know that I'm still at home. What a great service! Danie

It is a scam. I bought a plane to assemble in the ad it said: Plane to assemble and color with decals included and but paint and glue not included. They sent me with 5 days delay only the decals. I contacted them and after asking me for pictures of the package they were never heard from again. I researched my purchase and found out that the plane I had purchased was worth 230 euros and that they intentionally deleted the messages I had sent them to verify (prior to purchase) whether it was a decals or a plane to be built (their response was that it was a plane to be assembled and built). I after this experience have reported them to the POSTAL POLICE and will not efetuer more purchases with these people.

Product in stock on the website but finally not, so I asked a supplier to wait a month to find out that the product wasn't available... so I placed a new order with a credit note (so new shipping costs??). As satisfied as I was with my first order, this time I have a slightly negative feeling. In my opinion, stock management and website maintenance need to be improved. It's always frustrating for a customer to see their payment processed immediately and their order arrive two months later.

Order shipped quickly and arrived in good condition. Only drawback concerning the Badger1000 compressor: coming directly from the USA, the electrical plug is also American ... purchase of a compulsory adaptor is nowhere mentioned when purchasing the product. This comment is intended to be constructive in the interests of the seller and the customer. Otherwise, the site is excellent and the shipping of orders has always gone smoothly as far as I'm concerned.

For some time now there have been major problems on the site: the page keeps""unhooking"" (upwards or downwards) which makes it very difficult to select products by ticking the boxes with the mouse Should USERS and BUYERS notice this?

No stock level on your items on your site. Too bad all the other sites mark the stock level under each item. You sell and you take the amount without knowing if you have the article requested by the customer and if your partner doesn't have it either! what do you do? (credit note or refund) the customer is bound to be very disappointed. When we want to unsubscribe from your mailings on promotions or other it's all in Englishbravo!!!! Sincerely, I don't think I'd recommend your site to a friend. Acceptable experience but I wouldn't do it again.

Command and material set up in command excellent and very wide choice. Unfortunately, I haven't received the package yet so I can't finish the evaluation but I hope it is an inconvenience that can be resolved soon.

Unfortunately, this rating is very poor. I ordered an AGM 109 kit in the last week of July 2014 and paid in advance. Then the wait began. Although I was able to track the shipment in the shipment tracking system, the last station where the parcel was stored simply did not deliver. I managed to contact DHL by telephone. In response, they told me when I would finally receive the parcel the next day. After seven weeks, I now held it in my hand. This extremely long delivery time was caused by the fact that my surname was misspelled although this was not my first order. Although I had described this problem to 1001modellbau several times, they only ever referred me to DHL, which transported the shipment. Even the cancellation of my order was ignored by 1001modellbau. I am no longer sure whether I will order anything from 1001modellbau again. Andreas

I ordered two kits 2 months ago which were available according to the store and were marked green. I had paid with Paypal and then received an e-mail that the kits were not available and had to be ordered. I was put off for weeks with emails and have now canceled the order and would like my money back. A credit note should be issued but I have still not received the amount back. The store has not contacted me. I am now going to the police and reporting them for fraud.

leaking bottle I ordered 10 bottles of paint and 2 bottles of thinner. One of the thinner bottles opened in shipping and leaked over everything. Please make sure your bottles are tight before packing.
