I ordered a model car on 30112014 we are 12122014. So I'm disappointed with the delivery time but I can't say anything about the model because it's still not ready.

I ordered last summer and have not received anything. I have been waiting 6 months or more for my money back. I know that there are bigger problems in this company and that mine is probably silly compared to others but I have been so outraged and disappointed not only by the treatment received by your store but also by the fact that you have taken me for a ride so far. I hope no one buys from your store because you do not know how to treat your customers at all.

bad experience model ordered for my child's christmas announced as deliverable on the site within 4 to 6 days. model never received. they don't have it in stock and clear their name by pointing to an error in information from one of their suppliers. I asked for a refund on december 1st. on december 8th, nothing arrived on my account. i e-mailed their customer service department (no phone number given) to find out how soon i would be refunded: no reply. i will not be ordering from them again. i'm sorry, but i'm not going to be reimbursed.

I ordered a model with delivery between 3 and 5 days in a relay point and I had to wait practically 15 days and no way of contacting anyone verbally to find out what was happening, whether it was 1001 maquettes or the carrier. The site sent me an e-mail with an offer of free delivery for my next order, even though I hadn't received my first order.

Extremely slow shipping I have ordered quite a bit from 1001 in the past, but lately am very disappointed with them. They claim free shipping on orders over $200, but they charge anyway. That's dishonest. When called on it, they issue a voucher. Not exactly the kind of thing which evokes confidence. It usually takes about a month before they finally ship, even though everything is in stock at time of ordering. This current order was paid for on the 19th of last month, and still shows a 'being processed' status. They don't respond to my emails, and I even called them at (617) 849-9224, only to get a recording stating that they will respond to all emails promptly... another lie. Basically, sad to say this, but I don't have much confidence in them anymore. Terrible customer service, terrible wait times for shipping, and their prices aren't even that competitive.

I waited 17 days for my order not 5-7 days as stated. I am disappointed .

Actually I only wanted to give one star but rude (if you don't want to call a reply to my emails that) then yes, but the service is really not worth more than two stars. Paid both times in advance via PayPal for figures in 'stock' according to the list (why then 2-3 weeks delivery time) and received no credit for the undelivered package in the first order. The same with the second order, but this time at least a credit note on the account. Nevertheless, I don't see the point in continuing to finance these poor logistics in advance. This is simply too little for today's standards and I will definitely look around for other options, even though the range is huge (apparently too extensive), hence the lousy logistics

I placed the order in Nov 13 and to date (Dec 03) I have not received anything the goods are reported shipped with DHL on 24112014 but the tracking is invalid. I have sent several emails to customer service but no one has deigned to respond. Will the goods arrive????

Order easy and precise however the delivery note between 10 and 20 days but the time that the order is treated I waited almost 1 month domage knowing that it was for a gift of birthday... Super model

For 2 months now I have been waiting for my delivery which should have been delivered to me 15 months ago??! The particularly bad thing is that nobody from the company thinks it is worth the effort to even say a word in response to my requests. My problem is that the shipping cost from these outlets makes small items cost prohibitive. I purchased Humbrol paints from this site and found that items in my order had to be shipped from England to an Arkansas Distribution point to me.

The site provides a wide choice, the best of all the sites I know. But what a hassle: 10 to 20 day delivery times No reply to emails No telephone number to contact them Refund by credit note which obliges you to buy something else Expensive prices compared to the competition What a pity with more application and rigor in their operation and reasonable delivery times I think this would be one of the best sites in the world.

of course when you talk to them online they don't even answer you when they see that they're wrong no answer about my order because they're not able to answer you pay +€8 extra to have it in a simo parcel and in the end I have nothing in my purse.

Products displayed as available, but less rapid delivery than a well-known Hong Kong supplier. So it's hard to understand the 30% difference in price (including delivery). Buying in France is all very well, but for what quality of service? Great assortment but for cost we are not there.... For example, Italeri colors (I speak of complete kits) are on average € 500 more expensive than the competition. The merit though is the assortment--at the competition you often have to wait!
