Despite an item being in stock and an advertisement indicating fast delivery, it still takes several days for the item to arrive. Even after the confirmation e-mail indicating that the parcel has been dispatched, it can take almost 2 weeks. For example, I ordered on April 29 and received a confirmation e-mail on April 30. On May 2 I received an e-mail saying that my order had been dispatched, but to date (May 11) I've received nothing... On the positive side, the item search system is well done, and there's a wealth of items on offer& the rare bird"". It's the shipping time that needs to be improved, especially since you're paying shipping costs for fast delivery.

Both the main packaging and the original box of the toy soldiers arrived punctured and broken. Fortunately, the toy soldiers were intact.

Order well received but the delivery times are very long. 9 to 12 days announced for the economic I do not understand why the times are so long for national shipments. I received my order within 14 days. Unfortunately, one of the models had the box stamped at one corner, fortunately without any damage.

I EXPECTED BETTER SHIPPING. EVEN THE TIMES WERE NOT QUICK (I paid on March 19 the package was shipped on March 28 it arrived to me on April 4)

Order placed on 2801 also paying extra to have expedited shipping part of the goods received on 2802 after continuous requests for timelines and explanations about the lentency of the supply. Last product of the order arrived on 0404 after my express request to receive at least the products in stock. Only explanation received ""error on the part of one of our suppliers"" and uan promise of discount on next shipping charges. Final verdict very bad no comprehensive explanation received luckily I had chosen express shipping.

The last order I placed on the site did not arrive. Colissimo indicated that it had been returned due to an incomplete address. I sent a mail to 1001 maquettes explaining the problem and asking for the parcel to be sent back to me - giving my address - but I haven't heard anything back.

Unfortunately, the prices are exorbitant and the selection is too small for my needs.

hello in my order of early march 2014 i ordered a model (the order summary is correct and the invoice too) but it's another one that i received ... i sent a message to [email protected] but no answer! The problem is that what was delivered to me was part of a previous order and so I have a duplicate box which I don't have.

I made the purchase at 7.3.14 and according to the site terms it has been said that the shipment will be sent in no more than 48 hours. After several days that i did not received from them any email to document the purchase (which I usually get right away from my experience from buying in many websites) I contacted their customer service department and after a few days I received the following laconic message : "" Dear customer , Rest assured that we do our best to deliver our customers quickly. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the package is sent. Best regards, Customer service 1001modelkits"" Since the message said nothing about delivery time, estimated shipment or reason for the delay (all products were marked as available and in stock ) I tried to contact again to their customer service department with email's and direct messages to their online services but until now I did not get any response or any replay . this looks like just a scam to rub you out of your money!

No orders delivered to date

It is ultimately just a ""word-of-mouth". It simply collects an order and passes it on to the manufacturer. In my case the order referred to an Italian site the product arrived after a few more days from France. Also found the Victory then on the official Revell site in the online shop at just over $25 practically bought on an Italian site to pay three times as much. Next time I will be more careful

I find that compared to other competing sites the prices are abnormally high (see for example the Heller Royal Sun 1100 sold at nearly 60% more than normal (among others)). In addition lead times are very long (allow 3 weeks) and moreover items advertised as available are not always proof of a poorly monitored stock situation;Taking OUPS as an example is a tip to follow. Frustrating organization for a model builder looking for accessories to improve basic kits. After 15 days of waiting, I finally finished the model in progress before receiving these famous accessories.

I have been waiting 6 weeks for my item I have nothing yet. I have paid in advance. Finally after 7 email they reply saying that it is a fault of the supplier and they are still waiting for the product. This is strange because on the stock of 1001modellbau it says that the item is more than 15 and 25 ouf stock and available. So i like this will take many months i hope they will refund my money. What would 1001modellbau think if they had to wait months for their money? That can't be right!

I think it's enough of so much teasing. This situation is unacceptable! I truly believe that I have been swindled and therefore I am forced to initiate a claim through the official channels. Below users can read the first message sent through this channel. I have paid for something that I have not received. Of course I paid for the order, i.e. I paid for nothing. I have tried to contact 1001maquetas several times without success. The only thing I have left before initiating a claim through the official channels is to explain my problem here to see if someone from the company sees it and contacts me. For that person I leave the order number: 32709. And the order was validated on January 23rd. Let's see if I have luck and soon I can write again that everything has been solved. F

Takes too long on delivery Supposed to be delivered from the States and found out that was shipped in France. Took 15 days, cost 1.5 € but i was charged $4. Besides that, I'm happy with the product.

incomplete order no answer after cont

Order placed on Feb 10 and immediately paid by credit card on Feb 25 I am notified that the item is no longer available and that I will be refunded the amount. I ask for a credit note x make another purchase and no response is given to me.... Not first but certainly last purchase I make on this site. Previous purchases of available material have also been very slow to arrive!

This was not acceptable to me so I email back requesting the order be cancelled and my money refunded. 4 Days later I receive an email to say my item had now been mailed. I again replied to say my order had been cancelled. On 23rd Feb I had neither received my refund or the product that had allegedly posted to me so I opened a dispute via Paypal. A refund was then received the following day. Very poor communication throughout - not a happy buying experience.

Problem with packaging You must to pay attencion to prepare shipment. My decals wasn't respectively protected. Shipment arrived to me damged. If you send delicate merchandise, please take it in safe packaging (for example cardboard)
