However, I was disappointed with the ITALERI figurines. They're crude, lacking in finesse, and the details of the parts are non-existent. I think there should be a more precise description and photo of the contents. It's true that I stopped modding a long time ago.

I received two thunderbolt P47 canopies and they were crushed! I couldn't get them back to their original shape. I received these pieces wrapped in bubble plastic in a paper envelope. It would be better to send them in rigid cardboard packages. What recourse do I have to obtain the canopies in good condition? Hello, unfortunately the packaging was not sealed. All but one of the brushes I ordered were missing. How am I supposed to apply paint without a brush? A subsequent delivery would not be bad. This criticism is intended to ensure that the packaging is better in future. M. f. G. Lehmann
