First order placed on 02072013 received on 10102013!!... More than three months late for items announced as being in stock and supposed to be delivered in 48h!!!! But since I'm patient, let's admit this first point. The 02102013 1001 maquettes sends me an e-mail to tell me that part of my order has been cancelled and that a voucher has been generated to compensate me. Why didn't they reimburse me? So I end up with a €12 voucher instead of my three cans of paint. I decided to use it to order an equivalent product from another manufacturer, marked as being in stock. By the way, I notice that the unavailable products for which I had to wait three months are still listed as being in stock on your site... No comment. My three jars in my basket, I decide to finalize the purchase when I realize that I still have to pay the shipping costs! As a result, I have to pay twice! Unacceptable! Received the items on time, but an error on the online catalog and I received a model at 135 instead of the 172 I wanted and ordered. In another box in the order, the packaging advertised 48 pieces, but in reality I only counted 46, and it was clear that two figurines were missing from the cluster.

There are often discrepancies between the availability announced on the site and the actual availability, which is quite frustrating when it comes to delivery times.

duration of 14 days from order to receipt of the goods is too long even if the goods come from france. furthermore the price is quite high as other providers offer 13 cheaper. according to dhl the shipping of 2 kg probably costs 995 in my case the package was 300g and therefore i found the shipping costs too high. greetings
