Watch out for delivery times!!! Order placed on January 15 and received on February 3... I was impatiently waiting for glue, and had to wait for the last three pieces from their suppliers, which they didn't have in stock, so that I could place a single complete order. Other sites don't wait until they've received all the items before making the final shipment. A partial shipment would have been welcome... As for the rest, everything was ok and in order.

Did not fulfill website promise. Everything was available until I placed my order and paid. Sent within the week after ordering so was not correct, it was more like 10 days and delivery after 15 days. An order placed on January 05. Messages received on the 15th mentioning "discounts" on a future order without further explanation. Delivery finally arrived more than two weeks later with two items missing. Request for explanation on the 20th. No reply after 7 days. In fact, I guess you have to understand that art is no longer available after the order has been placed.
Why leave unavailable items on the site? As for communication, it's very "average".

According to the information, it should only arrive shortly after Christmas. I can understand with an order on December 21 that the goods won't arrive for the festive season. But almost the end of January...then at least state the correct delivery date. For the extra charge on shipping, I could have ordered the whole thing just as easily on Amazon and for less money, including earlier delivery.

1/11/2023 placed an order which clearly stated it was going to ship a week after the order was placed.... 12/01/2024 finally delivered after sending several emails. Reason for the long wait? An item was out of stock and wouldn't come in again either, so instead of sending an email with an explanation, all I get here is a standard email just like their responses to reviews, really sad. Their solution? They put money on my account in the amount of the already paid amount instead of refunding the money nicely. Honestly, I would not recommend this company to anyone, even though the materials are of good quality.
