Last order ordered 7 novenbre arrived 11 january. Lost order from 1001with effort recovered. Very bad experience, never order anything again. Not recommended.

Delivery not respected and moreover the order and one of my articles do not correspond at all to my order. I will not return towards your site.tres disappointed

dramatic experience. Package was not delivered and company is not reachable. Company apologizes but does not solve the problem. Recommend not to order from the company.

We ordered WW2 bombs for an art project. We considered them fairly pricey but they were a necessary part of the project. It took months to get them putting the project way behind. But the worst part was when they came. They weren’t just small, they were super tiny. They looked like the remnants of the plastic and not the actual object. Totally unusable but by the time we would have paid for return shipping it would not have been worth it. They ended up in the trash as totally unusable and we wasted nearly $80!

ordered on 14/12/23, delivered on 10/01/24, nicely packed, delivery time did take a long time, good communication via email about this. Everything can always be better of course....

I believe an incorrect item was offered for sale with a certain item number, therefore I asked for confirmation by email as to what I would receive when ordering. It was confirmed to me that I would still receive the advertised item. However, something completely different was delivered.... Upon notification I received a message back that I could return the item but then I would have to bear the return cost myself and that's just going too far for me. I have no problem with shipping costs but not because of mistakes made by the web store.

1st disappointment, the model which was supposed to be 20cm and is in fact barely 15 Very light plastic I am frankly disappointed.

Order of 08/12/23 Christmas gift received 05/01/24 after complaint 04/01/24!!!

I ordered a motorcycle model at the beginning of December, supposedly in stock, but in the end they didn't have it. I simply received it on 05/01/2024. They never answer the phone, lamentable, I do not recommend this site at all.

The products are OK because conform, the packaging is nickel, the delivery was bcp longer than announced too bad.

I had no trouble navigating the site, which is very complete to satisfy both the young and the not-so-young. The only downside was that delivery took a very long time: I ordered on November 30, for a birthday on December 17, and I received the package by e-mail on Sunday, December 17, even though the worldwide relay point was closed! fortunately, I live in a small village, and the shopkeeper was extremely kind to come and open the door on purpose so that I could give the cake as a present!

They take a long time to send things and one item did not come in the package.

The order I received did not correspond to the purchase I had made. Following my complaint, I never received a return.

Arrived well packed in carton

delivery time too long (over 2 weeks). This was due to the fact that an item in the order had to be ordered from the supplier, but this was not indicated anywhere on the site. Otherwise, the order was ok.

I find that preparation times are getting longer and longer... Right now I'm buying 3 items in stock, but I've got a supplier waiting for me during preparation. (Maybe you were looking for a box the size of my order?) I don't know who the genius is who thinks that for models at 100€ each, taping the 3 together in bubble wrap is a good idea.
The boxes came in a state of m..... and just to remove the tape, the boxes tear. What's more, I'm asking my son to help me collect the parcel from the post office, as he was grown up, but he saw his gift inside through the bubble wrap... It's unacceptable, seriously.

The product is ok, but was a Christmas present for a child and was ordered in 2.5 weeks on 08.12, but arrived on 30.12. Very long delivery time, despite the contact with the service team - as a result a disappointed child and only 2 stars!

Package was okay though, when it finally arrives.
Then when you have questions about the delivery date you are only referred to the mail point. While there it is said that nothing has been received yet. On the track and tracé you then see, that they only started processing the purchase, the day after it would actually be delivered at the latest ...

Not once received a complete order and certainly not within 2 weeks as indicated, make it 2 months. Don't fall for it you can just whistle for your stuff or money! If you don't go after it yourself mail.

I did not receive the item I ordered. Poor customer service.

I asked them to cancel the order before it was shipped and they would not cancel it claiming it was already shipped. Two days later I got a notification that the order had just shipped. I did not send it back because of the high shipping costs.

Articles in stock on the site ordered on the 16th but delivered after Christmas.

The figurine is superbly packaged! Well done to the staff for their diligence in sending out the parcel! The only problem I have is with the information on the website. The shipment was scheduled before Christmas by chronoposte, written in black and white and trusting the information on the site, I bought it delighted that it offers and ensures such a fast shipment. After the purchase, the site told me that it was out of stock. Disgusted by this unpleasant surprise, I felt a bit ripped off by the erroneous information that had been divulged. A delighted and satisfied customer is above all an informed customer. Despite everything, the after-sales service is very fast! The package was meticulously packed and dispatched as soon as I received the figurine in their warehouse.

Order shipped 1 1/2 weeks later, and after having to threaten to file a dispute with PayPal. Order received with the wrong paint color. It was for a birthday, so not only did I not get it on time, I also got the wrong color. Unpleasant greeting and open paypal dispute, they're getting away with it, but I paid for a product I didn't order and ended up giving a gift without being able to paint the figurines. This is obviously a recurring problem with the site, and I should have checked the reviews first. I would never recommend this site, nor would I recommend it to you.
