Battery came late and did not work….. with a dead battery

Instructions in Chinese!!! But there's a law?

I placed an order and only received a third of it, as the rest was unavailable... what's more, some of the figurines I ordered were packaged in the wrong way and the packaging was damaged (despite my note in the comments to pack carefully and not to bend the tabs on the boxes). Only the customer service lady I spoke to on the phone was very understanding and helpful. Well done to her, because the rest is unsatisfactory...

Bad company

A little pricey, but so are the others selling this stuff. Since it comes from France (which really isn't clear when you order) takes longer then normal.

Hello, I'm very unhappy with my last 3 paint purchases, why? there's too much thinner in the paint pots which makes the paint too liquid and does a poor job. the worst is the enamel brown gloss 80 pot which contains 2/3 thinner. I'm thinking of changing paint brands. Best regards. M.GUILBON.

Website made out they were a British site by charging in GBP and posting a U.K. number. The total cost included VAT. Found later they were based in France and the VAT was French tax. Ended up paying 40% as HMRC charged another 20% on arrival. HMRC told me as the product was sold and exported to U.K. it should not have been subject to French tax. Told the company but not answer. Please be aware before buying from this company.

Today is 8/23/23 and I have not received my Futaba antenna. It was o ly $30.00 or but still. When I contacted the company I was told I shipped it cheap way so it could not be traced. Guess I'm the money. Customers....BEWARE!!!

The product is missing parts, has paint residues and the box is open, and it has taken 15 days to arrive.

The products really aren't that great. There's tape on the joints and the plastic is really light. As for service, when you mark a product in stock, you shouldn't have to wait two weeks for delivery. We need to improve on this last point.

there are no detailed french assembly instructions inside, nor any other assembly instructions, very disappointed for a first order.

as usual not enough gloss not enough colors and then the discount of 5 percent for a purchase of 100 euros not good that I do not have a big pension so I can not afford thenb I will not buy paint to let it harden in the pot waiting to use voila the result of my experience good day jack

I ordered a red car and a blue one arrived!!! I sent you a message ...No answer!!!!! Not a very serious shop!!!!!

The timing and tracking have taken too long, more information on the process would be encouraging. The shipment is correct.

Order took a long time to arrive. These were needed on promised delivery date but arrived much later so I had to order this order elsewhere and received it faster

are confusing, some products that were supposed to arrive in a short time never arrived and other products apparently available, while waiting for them to arrive others disappeared or even became pre-orders. I had to send a lot of emails and make several phone calls while also having to insist that I demanded refunds, which they then did with a couple of refunds and a voucher, which luckily I was able to spend because there was another item I was interested in. in short out of 5 models I received one that took three weeks to ship despite it being available. in short they are honest in that they refunded what they owed but too dispersive, on the model I received I saved something compared to average prices but it wasn't worth all the time I had to waste.

Goods as promised. Delivery time far too long. Communication ok, but not precise.

Delivery takes a long time - incorrect status updates

The paint colors do not match, yellow and burgundy among others. 4 colors received, only 2 usable, and if I follow the nomenclature I need 14 so frustration.

I strongly advise against this site: the product purchased never arrived and customer service doesn't even reply - or, when they do reply, it's to knowingly give false information (e.g., to make people believe that they've received the item and that it will be shipped soon) and then to postpone the next shipping date once again... In short, a scam to be avoided unless you want to waste time and money!

Out of stock not notified prior to purchase. I've seen several notices after buying notifying this. When I bought a figurine, I told myself that I would exceptionally take a direct home delivery and pay a little more so that it would be quick (for a birthday). Result: Order received a little over 2 weeks later, even though the delivery date was ANNOUNCED at the time of purchase, a few days later. I don't recommend this site and won't buy anything from it again.

This is my 2nd order with 1001 Hobbies. The first one went smoothly, but for the last order, an item was missing from my package. On my account, the missing item was supposed to be in the parcel (no separate shipment or later notification) and no note in the parcel. The same day I sent an e-mail to the website address and to this day I still have no reply from them (parcel received on 09/08 and it's now 13/08). I don't know why my item was missing from my parcel, nor whether it will be delivered soon or not... I still have no answer even though my order has been paid in full! I'm disappointed with the after-sales service! I haven't even received an acknowledgement of receipt, after sending my query by e-mail, stating that my request had been processed. Will I get my money back? Will I finally receive my parcel? I'm still in the dark and I don't think this is right and professional.

Too long. One week to process an order before shipping. Buying from France is fine, but ordering from abroad is quicker...

The client service did not respond by phone as well as no answer via web site forms. Even thought there is a great product catalog, description I am doubt I will ever try this webshop again.

Goods were broken. All glass bottles. I sent photos. But I still had to send everything back. It all took weeks. Then one product was no longer available. I never received the remaining amount! Despite a request. Communication is the worst. Once a problem arises here, everything is pointless.

I received my last order very late. Deliveries are much faster from E Bay and AMAZON. I will not buy from you again.

Today, August 11, I am still waiting for my order, which was scheduled for delivery on August 1. According to what they tell me, as I chose the untracked shipping option, if I don't receive it in about a month from the due date, I will contact them again. What does the fact that you choose the untracked shipping option have to do with the fact that the order will arrive on time? Please clarify this for me, the order is paid for.

I bought 2 constructions but if I knew that it is explained only in German I would never have made the purchase also because I did not choose the easier ones....peccato....they are new and left in the closet

I ordered 2 items. I only received 1 of the items and was charged for both items.

The site is done well, easy to choose and order the product. However, the delivery time is too long for a not inconsiderable cost.

Received a wet and ripped package, damaged decals and instructions, and support has had 36 hours now and no reply, so i'm left not happy at all. I have paid 11,5 euros for the delivery special of it being brought through the carwash on the way to me, so how am i to feel other than disgusted, was excited to build my F-8 crusader, but now, i man... meh. the delivery having ruined it has kinda ruined it for me as well.

The quality was good but the expectation of this item being an actual backpack was a huge letdown and waste of $100 when I still have to go buy another backpack

Best thing was the price on this particular model, but they're often not competitive on price. It's not apparent when ordering, but dispatched from Europe, which means a delay on delivery. Worst thing, only wrapped in bubble wrap, so more prone to damage and was grilled by the postie about the kit, which could be clearly soon through this.

Order has not arrived and when I notified the company the response was less than pleasing. Right now, not happy at all with 1001hobbies and unless the error is rectified will never give them business again and will dispute the charge on my card. I do hope that things will be settled properly.

Order only partially completed, but had paid full price.

I waited over 1 month for my order although a delivery time of max. 1 week was stated. I wrote to support and only received a reply days later. But the product was good

I ordered a low-wind kite, not in stock when ordering, but it seemed ok to wait for a week. Somehow it seemed not possible to get it in a reasonable time. I had ordered an additional cheaper kite, on one hand it would make the delivery free, on the other hand the item could be a toy for my kid. I ended up only having the 'toy-kite' AND having to pay delivery cost. On top of that I had to 'yell' at them to get the full refund (minus delivery cost for the cheaper item I was much less interested in...). In summary not a satisfactory experience.
