Part of the order does not correspond to what was purchased. I have already sent two emails to customer service and they have not answered me.

Waited 2 weeks for shipping conformation,. After several attempts to have them email shipping info I filed a claim with pay pal. for help because it seemed to me they were giving me a runaround. 5 or so days later I received my order.i believe I would be waiting had I not. Order was correct and in good condition. Thank you pay pal.

Page not recommended at all after a month of waiting for an order that said 2 to 3 days I got the figure that was not instead of sending the expensive version they charge you as if it were that and send you a normal one.

I found what I was looking for, however, the shipping cost is too high.

After placing the order a month ago, I still have not received the package.

Not delivered on time and an extra £50 in shipment taxes - not made clear on the website!

My last order was rather disappointing.
I had requested the order be canceled due to its prolonged time in being filled and my money refunded. The order for decals was several months in processing.
The request was seen but ignored. I found this as being extremely unprofessional. The refusal to refund my money was annoying and frustrating. Since the order was several months old without being filled or any notice of anything being done till it was shipped months after the order was placed.
This will affect any future orders, if any, that I place with 1001 Hobbies.

Packaging: Very well thought-out Delivery - Delivery time: RAS Model: "The tailplane / rudder" in plastic, color "Light gray", should have been painted blue like the fuselage! Fuselage paint: you should have chosen a blue that was "matt or slightly satin" for greater plausibility.

Unfortunately I would not use this company again. Paid for Express delivery and said it would arrive 2-3 business days. Kept looking for tracking details and found nothing. After a week tried calling the number in the UK as it was a .co.uk website. This was then I got suspicious. Number kept dropping out. BEWARE. This is not a UK based Company like is says it is.
Emailed and got a reply saying item was in received in the UK on 11th July and I would get it within 2 days. Well two days had already passed and nothing.Still no tracking details
Called my credit card company to report a scam. They said to wait another week before looking into it. Then on 20th July nearly 2 weeks after placing order I find I have tracking details. These showed the item arrived in France on 16th so a complete lie by the company telling me it was in the UK on the 11th. It then arrived in UK at Heathrow on the 19th in the evening. I actually did receive this , thankfully but not until the 22nd July having paid for 2-3 express delivery on 8th.

2 items purchased that are not usable, I hope to receive an item that works.

+ The paket was well packed and everything was in it unscathed - it arrived much too late.

Problem with IBAN number on prepayment (Hobbies error). No reply by e-mail until after a reminder from the bank.

all-assembled figurines contrary to my habit of working with spare parts;no pleasure in creating.figurines added to my stock for later use.the capped heads can be adapted fortunately.

I have not received all the materials I ordered

Shipping took a very long time and was delivered to the wrong address. There was an incorrect house number on the package.

1. I didn’t get all the products ordered
2. You don’t reply to the emails that I’ve sent regarding my order
3. My package was wrapped poor and the box of the product is damaged
4. I don’t think this review will be published

The model kit was very poorly packed. It was not put into a separate box with packing material around it to protect its contents. Instead the model kit box itself was wrapped up in a little bit of covering and shipped. These model kit boxes are not very sturdy and the corner of the box was crushed when I received it. Fortunately, none of the parts therein seemed to be damaged. But that only means I was lucky. It's not hard to see how easily such poor packing could result in a badly damaged model kit. Do the right thing even though it will cost a little more in shipping. Put the model kits in a bigger shipping boxes and put some packing material around them. Other online retailers I deal with do this.

I am not happy, of the two models that I ordered I have only received one, the Diana vehicle, the other one "Waiting for replacement : Horch German Major Car (Kfz.15) Early Version" I have not had any news. I have tried to call several times and on the customer service phone there is a voice mail. The store has not contacted me by phone or email as other stores have done when an item was pending replacement. As long as I have no news from Customer Service or the model does not arrive I do not think I will buy again, it is a pity because it has good material that you can not find in other stores.

Customer service really sucks, you can tell they send your messages ASAP with standard replies. Without taking the time to read through and help you properly. Haven't come across such Customer Service since years.

When you order, the product is in stock but for delivery you are missing part of the order and you do not communicate enough.

Good site, with lots of references, even if some are missing (e.g. Vallejo). Filters could be more relevant (e.g. set the model aircraft filter and end up with cars).
It could be interesting to describe what the manufacturers do, to enable novices to choose with greater confidence.

Communication leaves much to be desired. Item arrived dented despite packaging. Chosen parcel service left package unattended and without permission just outside the door.

I am missing one of the items and no one has contacted me yet.

I paid extra to get it within 2 working days and it didn’t arrive for a week.

Poor communication regarding order, and should have been more warning about import fees due.

Fast delivery but product a little below my expectations. Storage box a little damaged and two figurines missing.

I ordered in December but one large item was not in stock (although that wasn't stated when placing the order). Instead of refunding the 52 GBP they gave me a credit note. The item just came back in stock 6 months later so I put it in my basket but there was no way to apply my credit note. I had to phone them and they organised it at their end and I've just had delivery so all's well that ends well. I wasn't happy about getting a credit note when I actually requested a refund but I appreciate them sorting out my delivery now.

I would have liked them to be more flexible in extending my initial order with another product, especially since it had not yet been prepared, as it was Sunday when I requested it.

Ordered a Dice bag and dice. Was sent the Dice Bag with not dice. Tried to contact the company to get the rest of my order shipped to me but nothing was done. I will not be using this site again.

Very disappointed with my purchase. Item does not work.

I ordered two items that were both listed as being in stock in February. I then proceeded to receive no updates on my order besides the fact that it was 'processing'. After I sent an multiple emails months later I was informed that one of my items was out of stock and the cost would be refunded to my account, and the other item was shipped and received with no further issues. It could be a problem with overseas shipping but I think communication regarding the status of my order could have been done better.

The packaging was not suitable for the contents ordered. The model boxes were damaged at the corners. No cardboard, only bubble wrap, not enough to guarantee the integrity of the parcels sent.

I ordered my product on 7 June with a 1 to 2 week delivery. I did not realise that warehouse was in France. I had to wait 10 days for the order to be processed. It then was ready for dispatch. Then late Friday an error appeared on my order. I emailed at the beginning of the following week to find out what the problem was and when i would get the product and they said my order had a computer bug so the order had to be recreated and it would be delivered in 3 days. I had to wait another 7 days while this order was processed. It then went ready for dispatch and then surprise surprise an error appeared. I again emailed to cancel the order. They responded that the order had been dispatched and if I wanted my money back I would have to return the product. UPS did not collect the product from the warehouse until lunch the next day. I will never use this company ever again.

I have not yet snapped up the gift.For punctuality a good grade ,the gift wrapping leaves a little to be desired.

They advertised the rare version of the product (and still do) however they sent the common version i can get on amazon instead. Still awaiting to hear back with a free returns label.

Bad very bad, I still have not received my order. You charge high postage for express courier. It's been more than three weeks. Very bad service. I will never buy anything else from you again, that's for sure.
